The woman (holding an item) responded "No, I'll just take this." to which the employee responded "you'll TAKE it? Or, you'll BUY it?" SO awkward & rude...not to mention weird. The inventory management here is terrible. They're fully stocked on XXS and 2X-3X, but barely anything in between. Very odd. Odder still that they didn't create their own Yelp page to manage. I had to create the business on Yelp to review it. That, coupled with the unfriendly staff doesn't seem like a recipe for success. Two stars because it's still Athleta (which is 5 star quality IMO) offering similar athletic wear at better prices than Lulu and if you're an XXS or 2X-3X, this store is worth a visit.

And it was during normal mall hours. The employees ignore you. And both visits there was a sign on the desk "no returns at this time." So even if you did buy clothing -- to drive it home to try it on--- a waste of gas and time-- I guess you are stuck with what you paid for because this Forever 21 location will not return it.
