Let me just start by saying the food was so bland and gross. The brisket tasted like it was thrown in the microwave and reheated! The ribs were better bust still not the greatest. I Highly Recommend this BBQ! I ordered the Chicken dinner and was very happy with results! The meal comes with two sides, one being the baked beans. The beans were good by themselves, however I added their sauce, and made it more delicious. The second side was the Mustard based Potato Salad, it was also spot on. The meal comes with a sweet piece of Corn Bread. The way I like it. The chicken was smoked with a combination of Hickory & Oak. The meat was not only tasty, but was extremely juicy, with a smoke flavor. Liz the Pit Master and staff were all friendly and the service was excellent! My husband and I came in today from out of town and had dinner at this place and ordered ribs and he got a wrap and i would highly recommend it if u haven't been there. Food was great and the staff was amazing. We had one small issue but they fixed it and we was very pleased with them. If you haven't tried them you should stop by and have dinner there. The pulled pork needed lots of extra bbq cuz it was dry so that and the cornbread was cooked jail style and it looked like they took a half corn cob out of the frozen section and put it there no butter nothing. The food is fresh, expertly made, abundant in serving size, and almost infinitely variable due to the variety of sauce choices available. Major shout out for the best cole slaw! I was visiting the Hudson and stopped in. I had the brisket sandwich. Very tender and great flavor. There house sauce was good too. I didn't care much for their slaw. Not that it was bad, I just prefer a more vinegar based slaw. I would definitely go back next time I'm in the area. read more

I was very pleasantly surprised! This place is FANTASTIC!! We both ordered pulled pork sandwiches, I got a regular and my husband a large and it was more food than we could eat. We both couldn't finish!! They leave the sauce off of the sandwiches so you can pick your own, out of their 5, and dress it yourself. We loved 3 of their 5 sauces, it was hard to decide which to use. For our sides we had coleslaw, potato salad, french fries, and sweet corn nuggets. I was not as much a fan of the potato salad, but my husband absolutely loved it. It's quite small inside, but very clean! Additionally, there is a lot of seating outdoors that's covered and very enjoyable. We sat out there and and had a pleasant time. When we got there, we were the only ones and I was quite concerned. By the time we left, the inside was completely packed people eating, people waiting to take to go orders and people sitting outside with us. I am a very picky barbecue eater, and was very hesitant to try. My husband insisted, and I'm very glad he did! Nice place. They have indoor and outdoor covered seating. If you have a large party (4+) then outdoor would be your only option. As another reviewer mentioned, you order at the counter and then must get all of your own silverware, straws, and sauces from a side table. No big deal, but some might find it annoying if they did not already know this. Food was good. People were nice. Atmosphere is great. My only issue (hence the 4 stars) is that the portion sizes were kinda small. Maybe it was just what I ordered, but I'm the end I was still hungry. Anyway, I will definitely be back. I ordered delivery. The only positive thing I can say is delivery was on time. I ordered 1/2 slab of ribs . The ribs were tough and even with a knife was hard to cut off bone. Ribs are suppose to be tender these were not. Ordered fries had a note to coke well done. The fries were soggy . Luckily air fryer crisped them up. The macaroni was lousy . This little gem in Hudson is wonderful! We tried out shortly after they opened and it was good. The next time we were in town we went back and it was really GOOD! It is now our go-to place for BBQ. The brisket is tender and tasty, the ribs fall-off-the bone delicious. I had the smokehouse burger for the first time yesterday. It was pretty good, but not real smoky. To be honest, I prefer med-rare burgers and when you smoke them its obviously not an option! But the lettuce, tomato, onions were all really fresh and the bun was nice! Overall tasty. There are 5 different sauces, one of which will suit you, I am sure. They have a smoky sauce, mustard based, sweet, spicy and hot ... delish! The interior is small and very clean. The bathrooms are also very clean (I use this as a gauge for the cleanliness for the kitchen). There is additional seating outside, which is really nice. I walked to the circle S last night. The food was very good. The service was quicker than expected. They saw that I was a little hot so she gave me the ice tea that I ordered quickly. Sometimes BBQ restaurants take time getting your food to you, not the case at Circle S. The only issue was they got the order wrong. I ordered ribs and sausage. I found ribs and pulled pork when I got home. The pulled pork was good, just not what I ordered. Probably could use more sauce as well. read more

Stopped by this bbq joint as i was driving because i just cant seem to go past a bbq joint that i've not been to before without stopping and giving it a try. I got a pork sandwich with a side of smoked greenbeens. They serve a pretty good portion of pork, without sauce, as they offer about 5 different sauces to try. Manga habenero had a good kick to it, smoky mountain had that smoky flavor, the Mississippi Honey was pretty sweet, i didnt try the carolina mustard sauce, but of all, i liked the house sauce the best. You order your food at the counter, then i was told to take a seat and she would bring it out to me. This was fine except, i had to get up and get a straw for my drink. then when food came, i had to get up and grab the sauces i wanted to try from their sauce station, then when i sat back down i realized i had no silverware, so up i went again to get a fork. I would just suggest they let first timers know where the utensils and bbq sauce, etc. are before having you take a seat. Otherwise not bad, but nothing to really draw me back in. read more

Fried okra and potato salad was good. Are bill was $16.50 each with a sweet tea. Way to exspensive . You can get this at Rons BBQ on state Rd 52 for under $8.00 dollars with tea. The waitress didn't wait on us as we had to go to the counter to ask for a refill . Then they expect for you to throw away your own content off the table. We left are contents there. Oh . I am a brisket snob! I moved to Florida from Texas in 1980, and have had no luck with barbeque, until now. I just tried the sliced brisket from the Circle S, and it was ! It's the first time, since I moved here, that I have been able to leave 5 stars for barbeque. The meat was first class, with enough marbeling to make it super flavorful and tender.
