It was easily accessible by the birthday girl who was using her walker. Service was wonderful! Sarah was prompt with bringing our drinks after we ordered them, and keeping those drinks full. She brought us our food orders as soon as they were ready. Everything was at the proper temperature and delicious. Our party ordered salmon, fried shrimp, fish & chips and Caesar salad with grilled chicken. Our meals were filling, and what we couldn't eat came home with us! We are definitely returning for the fried shrimp!! We brought cake which Sarah expertly delivered to the table once we were done with dinner. Only one candle was not lit when she placed it in front of the birthday girl. But that was okay! She blew out the others to get her wish. I'm betting that wish was to return here. Everything was memorable and enjoyable!!

To start off with it took 15 minutes for somebody to even offer us water and the dining room was not even 1/4 full. The waitress was nice enough not very attentive though. Now let's talk about the food. There was not much value for your money. They should be drawn and quartered for calling what they call the Cioppino a cioppino. I've had some of the best cioppino in the San Francisco Bay Area as well as the Oregon coast. What this place called a cioppino was more like tomato soup with some seafood thrown into it. The fish was overcooked so were the shrimp . I could have thrown them off the table and they would have bounced across the room. It was so bad I had to send it back for a refire. My fiance had the seafood pasta the scallops were undercooked and the shrimp were rubber. Needless to say the food was not worth what we paid for. I would avoid this restaurant at all costs.

Friendly staff and the manager is attentive as well. The great thing about this restaurant is that they offer a great holiday specials. Price are listed as well as fixed buffet menu. It's very clean and has a heavy mariner vibe which is fitting for a seafood restaurant. Lots of plastic fish hanging from the ceiling, giving it that perfect traditional Florida vibe. Overall I have little to say about this but it was nice! So...Service wise, I'mma be honest; they're actually inefficient and possibly dismissive. I've seen people who've been here for a shorter period of time than us get served quicker, and truthfully I was anything but amused which left me questioning the why. Even for a New Year's Eve it didn't seem too busy, and thankfully they eventually noticed and assigned us a very polite and attentive waitress, but I wasn't happy about that regardless. Food wise, it was decent! The crab fries felt like a nicely stewed poutine with good seasoning, the coconut shrimp with the spicy sauce had a kick...and the Trio Seafood Pasta? Well...It felt really bland compared to the appetizers which was surprising and disappointing. One thing I would like to give them credit on is their respect for people with allergies. When they learned someone in my party had a seafood allergy? They separated everything from the seafood and I really did All in all...While I enjoyed some parts, it really was not what I was hoping for. Not bad, necessarily, but not good enough that it warranted dinner on New Year's eve.

It's warm, inviting, and the food and company are simply top-notch. You'll leave feeling relaxed, smiling, and thinking, "Great choice!" and "We'll definitely be back." Here's a little more about it: you're greeted with a smile, asked how your day is going, and given some information about the restaurant, specials, and seating. Everything moves at a leisurely pace. You'll get to know the menu, order with plenty of questions answered, and enjoy your meal while relaxing, chatting, and listening to the sounds of others enjoying themselves. The atmosphere is comfortable, with the waitstaff gently checking in to see if there's anything they can do for you. Overall, it's a real upgrade from most places nearby. The food is fantastic, but the people and service truly make it special. You might spend a lot of time searching, but you won't find anything better until you get to Tampa, and then you'd have a hard time finding a place like L'Attitude 28. Go ahead, enjoy it!

We made our reservation over a month ago and were confirmed for the Captain's Quarters private room. When we arrived, we were told we were "never promised that room," which simply wasn't true. We were then informed that another group was in the room and they "didn't expect them to stay so long," so we were placed at a loud table by the bar with no privacy at all. From there, things only went downhill. There was no coordination of our meals, they forgot to bring the salads we had arranged for, drink orders were missed, and then we were told they had run out of steaks. For a planned group reservation, the service felt disorganized and chaotic. Overall, it was a complete mess, and I would not recommend this restaurant for large groups or for anyone counting on their reservation being honored.

Estuary -- downtown NPR…read more Nice clean, minimalist decor. The room is lively--read: noisy. Fine for a fun night out, maybe not ideal for a first date where conversation matters. So, no substitutions. The menu says so, the server will remind you, and honestly? It's a chef driven menu. Interesting background, too: Chef/owner James Renew spent 28 years training with chefs across Florida, Las Vegas, and Sydney before opening Estuary. Apparently, they've been voted among the best restaurants in the Tampa area two consecutive years running. It shows. We started with the crab beignets -- crispy, golden, and paired with a jalapeño aioli that managed to be interesting without setting your face on fire. Nicely done, though I wouldn't have minded a little more kick. The steak frites were the star of the show. The steak was cooked absolutely perfectly. The fries? Cooked in duck fat. DUCK FAT. Honestly, tasted like fries to me -- and a little underdone at that. Our waiter was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly proud of the place -- rightfully so. The Buffalo Trace Manhattan on the rocks was dangerously good. Drinks all around were solid. Total came to just over $100 for two before tip -- fair for this quality. Fair warning though -- they tack on a 3% credit card surcharge. Unnecessary and a little annoying at this price point. Nice higher end restaurant in the new downtown. Reasonable prices without being pretentious. We'll be back.

Is the food plated beautifully? Yes. Is it worth the price, lack of flexibility, and overall taste?…read moreNot really. The service was good, and the atmosphere makes it a nice local spot to meet up with friends. However, the inability to modify your meal/sides at all was frustrating. The food, flavor, and what tasted like literal microwaved mashed potatoes was disappointing to say the least and definitely did not justify the price point. Overall, it just wasn't worth it for us, but I can see how others might still enjoy it for the ambiance.
