The restaurant itself wasn't much better--the dining area felt dirty, and the overall lack of attention to cleanliness made it hard to enjoy the meal. The staff wasn't rude, but they didn't seem to care that customers were leaving disappointed. It's unfortunate because every restaurant has bad days, but this felt like a place that has stopped trying altogether. At this point, it might be better for the owners to close the doors, regroup, and rethink the business rather than continue damaging their reputation. I can't recommend eating here in its current state.

We had 5 in our group, so we sat outside at one of the picnic tables and had plenty of room. Everything has that perfect crispy and a taste that melts in your mouth. The sauce and honey make it just that much better. An amazing combination. My husband ordered the Saucy Bites W/Fries. He stated the meal was crispy and fulfilling. We also ordered the Small Cauliflower Top Loaded Fries. This was another hit for me! It comes with a cheese sauce, pickles and kale slaw topped with cauli bites and a drizzle of Dave's sauce. It tastes so good! If you have never eaten here or tried the cauli menu, please try it. I highly recommend it. As always great service and clean restaurant.

It wasn't really that long of a wait and we were able to find a seat right away. We ordered at a kiosk which was super easy to use. All 3 of my orders had the wrong sides. They didn't bother to check what sides went with which burger. Also the burgers toppings were all mixed up. The hamburgers toppings appeared to be a soupy mess. There was really no substance. Better lettuce, tomatoes, and onions would make the hamburger so much better. Everything was so thin and a sloppy mess. The restaurant has an app and there are also kiosks inside if you wish to customize your order. There are burgers, chicken sandwiches, and salads. The interior is set up as a counter-service diner. The ordering process, whether in person or over the phone, is easy. Their bacon cheeseburgers do not come close to those in the upstate, but they are good. It is satisfactory in size, and the flavor is tasty. They are definitely a great burger option in the area. I wish the bacon was cooked a bit more. Otherwise, their bacon cheeseburger is pretty solid. Their fries are crinkle-cut and lightly salted. The fries I receive are always fresh.
