Their baristas are consistently friendly, quick, and efficient from getting your order to making your drinks. The service is laid-back, where I don't feel pressured to hold a conversation or talk about my day (you know what coffee spot I'm talking about). Sometimes I'm still trying to start my day and just need my caffeine fix before talking to people, this is why Black Rock is great! I was disappointed to say the least, but I was given multiple recommendations for other menu items to try. I ended up trying the Cubano Latte, which was flavorsome. It's definitely worth trying.
