Over recent years, I have found Circle K is my go-to gas station, and I pass this particular location often on the way home. They are open around the clock (24 hours, 7 days a week), and I have found they are a convenient location for many other things. I have usually filled up on gas without going inside though I have occasionally went inside to redeem free items that I had won through the many Circle K promotions, I have often redeemed them there (after filling up on gas, of course). While I haven't used most of these, this particular location has gas, diesel, public restrooms, an ATM, coffee, froster, roller grill, sloche, fresh food, hot dogs, Easy Pay, Inner Circle, Amazon Pickup, a Gift Card Mall, and Circle K gift cards. While I am generally happy with the layout of this location, the staff are good at troubleshooting, and most items are in stock regularly. Sometimes there are issues with one or more of the gas stands out of order though I rarely have issues when I am there. Their gas has no additives to be rated Top Tier. Consumer Reports recommends using Top Tier gas because it improves engine performance. I also don't like how Circle K has a gas station monopoly in the Phoenix Metro area. Their over inflated profit per gallon should not be allowed in my opinion. There are only so many gas station locations allowed in an area. Therefore, much like the telephone company, their prices should be regulated when they've eliminated a majority of the competition. Ultimately, I recommend getting your gas at any other gas station that sells Top Tier gas. Costco, Sinclair, QT, etc. read more

I'm not a Circle K fan because of always having closer a QT closer, however, stopped here since it was close and Russell and Julie are hilarious!!! They are friendly and fast! I stored in for a bottle water and these 2 really made us crack up!!! Anyway both are deserving of big raises!!! They have great personalities and quotes to live their jobs. This circle k's customer service people is always bad. They are disrespectful, many times they don't have name tags and when you ask them, they refuse to give their name so you can complain. Today I went in and a customer service person who had glasses, white male with a lot of facial stubble was disrespectful. When I asked his name he refused to give it then another one who did have a name tag his name was Colton came up also wouldn't give me his name and then I said I wanted to talk with a supervisor. Finally Colton said laughingly oh I think his name is David. So I don't actually know if that's actually his name so my guess is he was lying. This is the same sign with the same cashier 75% of the time I come here. I can't imagine how much business is lost, not only immediately but ongoing as people have learned to deviate from this location due to its unreliability. I've been sitting here and watched 10 people within a few minutes walk up, get disappointed and leave. Plus, who needs a 15 minute bathroom break in the middle of their shift when there's no one else to cover... And, if you HAVE to take 15 minutes, the least you can do is note the time you'll return. read more

I have NEVER experienced the level of illiteracy that I was just forced to endure at this location. The attendant wasn't ringing anything up for customers. He was pointing to the self checkout machines and mumbling some gibberish to the patrons. I asked how I can check my lottery tickets nicely. He slurred something in my direction that was similar to a guttural howl that you might witness in a movie about cavemen. I shrugged nicely and asked him again. He yowled the same nonsensical utterance in my direction, only louder. I literally have zero idea of what he was saying. I was kind. I tried once more. And his final response harkened me back to memories of my childhood. It was almost exactly like the teacher in the Peanuts episodes. Just much, much louder. I left. What else could I do? I was at a dead end. To be honest, I'm wondering if he was mocking me for some reason that I can't fathom. Either that or he was simply so drunk that he'd lost complete control of his motor skills. I like the fact this location has 2 self checkouts for quick in and out service. What I can not stand is the soda machines. Circle K fountain soda is bad. The Mountains Dews are all gross. They have the mixture all wrong. I go to QT to get soda but I stop in to the close Circle K for coffee only. They really need to do something about the fountain machines. read more

This location is inconsistent in every way possible. Not well restocked , always out of stuff and it is not clean and the manager herself is unfriendly when all of the staff has been nice. There is a circle k also not even a half of a mile that is well informed of the many customers that come to their location with complaints of the other one by gold dust and n scottsdale.. that location on She and N.
