Starting with the Supercharger, this was easily the standout of the two. It's loaded with roast beef, bacon, turkey, ham, salami, pepperoncini, tomatoes, red onions, gouda cheese, and chipotle aioli on a ciabatta roll. They definitely don't skimp on the meat, which makes it super satisfying. The combination of the soft ciabatta and cheese worked really well together and balanced out the heaviness of the meats. My only complaint is that it could've used a bit more sauce, something like extra mustard or mayo would've taken it to the next level. Still, a strong 8.5/10. The Belair was decent but didn't quite hit the same level. It came with turkey breast, bacon, gouda cheese, spring mix, tomatoes, red onions, pepperoncini, and chipotle aioli on fresh sliced sourdough. Ours actually came with American cheese instead of gouda, which slightly changed the flavor profile. It was a good sandwich overall, but noticeably drier, especially with the sourdough, so it definitely needed more sauce to bring everything together. I'd give it a 7.2/10. Service was fast and efficient, which I appreciated. The ambiance stood out too, it has a cool retro gas station vibe that gives the place some personality and makes it feel unique. Staff was friendly, and the overall experience was smooth.

This was everything I could have asked for in a cooking class…read more The Mama Thai experience was a birthday present from my family for the four of us to do together. I have a decent amount of Thai cooking experience, while the rest of my family had none. Still, we all learned quite a bit, and had fun doing it! Jirayu has a beautiful home, and we immediately felt welcome and at ease. She's been doing this for more than 20 years. She and her daughter Saorise had stations set up for us, each with their own propane burner, tools, wok, and ingredients. We chose to make green papaya salad, red curry fried rice, and green curry eggplant with bamboo and rice noodles. After settling in, we started on the first of our dishes. We worked at a good pace, and Jirayu kept an eye on how we were doing, providing feedback where necessary. We made and ate each dish one at a time. It is an understatement to say that they turned out absolutely delicious! By the end of the first dish, we knew that we wanted to come back and do a few more menu items. Through each menu item, Jirayu talked about the brands she uses that have a more authentic Thai flavor. We talked about coconut milk, fish sauce, bamboo shoots, and palm sugar to name a few, and surprisingly some of the best brands were not Thai! She has also done her research on more healthy cooking, finding ways to omit MSG and unnecessary additives, and to make recipes more vegetarian-friendly. She herself is a pescatarian like me! One really neat trick that we learned is to use a juicer to make curry paste from scratch! If you've ever tried to make curry paste, it can be a long process with a mortar and pestle. I've take around 45 minutes to do it myself, and it makes for sore arm and hand muscles, for sure. For green curry paste, we spent probably five minutes using the juicer technique, and the results were amazing! We had plenty of extras to take home. Jirayu was also very generous with her time and answered so many of our questions. We even got to play with her dog, Ziggy!

Not only was her cooking class engaging, but she was knowledgeable, friendly, well prepared, had an awesome Chef's kitchen, and cleanliness was as important to her as it was to us. We came here for an off-site to do some team building like cooking. This is not my first cooking class, nor will it be my last, but this is definitely the best cooking class I've ever taken. And I've taken them all. I've taken Italian food cooking classes, dessert cooking classes, and your good old-fashioned American Cooking Class, but this one blew me away. I'm not going to lie, we had a busy group that had to take business calls and work inbetween cooking, and Jirayu took it all in stride. She even had a sense of humor saying we were the only group should have ordered three entrees without any dessert or appetizers LOL. Our first dish was spicy crab which was prepared fresh by us, but was chopped up and cleaned by her. Our next dish was the pad thai. Our third dish was chicken Pumpkin Curry. We were broken out in two teams of two, and each team would prepare its own meal. Not to brag or anything but we had the best Pad Thai, even the instructor said that. I also liked how the instructor accommodated a vegetarian in our class, and was able to accommodate people who liked Spicy Thai food on a scale from 1 to 10 with 1 being wild and 10 being flaming hot. For those who wanted flaming hot our instructor was nice enough to take out some Chili's to make the dish extra extra spicy. She told us she does this as her full-time job, and I support her 100%. She's an awesome cook and a great instructor. Take her class you won't regret it!

But you are really stopping in for their tri tip sandwhich, at least thats what we did. And ordered THAT and then some garlic fries...oh and the tri tip tacos...oh wait, i want the COWBOY BURGER! This was our stop in lunch on a Tuesday cause my wige and I just happened to be in the area like that. And i must say that this place is definitely worth the reason. Their tri tip sammy is their staple order and promo off their website...which i thpught tasted pretty good, but i personally like my tri tip usually NOT in a sandwhich mode . Their garlic fries were awesome, very close to ballpark flavor. The tacos tasted very good and were presented well. My holler will be for that cowboy burger. At order, i asked for the meat to be medium rare...this burger came out fat! Had some onion rings in it, some bacon, and the patty was so buttery that i smashed this mofo in like 3 minute, 1 breath kind of ish...it was THAT good! ...washed em all down with a couple glasses of water. Overall...we will be back here again the next time we are down but in order ahead and take it to go form since it is made to order meal. I recommend yall do the same

THAT WAS DELISH! The fried onions gave it a nice crunch and the cheddar was like enough for a non huge cheese lover in warm sandwiches. Quantity of tri tip was pretty decent. ) The fried chicken was an 8 piece bucket, with 6 jalapeño cheddar cornbread muffins -- i enjoyed this. It came with a sweet butter of some sort. Their chicken had a nice thick batter and salt flakes but we felt the chicken needed more seasoning or at least a bit more salt-- and I'm really sensitive to salt so it definitely could use more salt. OVERALL, nothing too special or unique about this chicken. The parm Brussels were yummy! And we added the apple slaw because I love sides and it didn't disappoint. The mash and gravy was fair, nothing special. Total cost of the meal was eye opening at $86 for all of this. Though portions if the sides were decent. KIND OF A LOT for a fried chicken bucket meal, I'd say. Probably wouldn't order this again but definitely will be back to try their regular menu.

A man cashier kept talking away with someone else whether that was the owner or not he was speaking with I was waiting during his conversation and yes I interrupted him and stated "could you please check me out" when I noticed there was also someone else behind me waiting after that. This horrific cashier much older who should know better claimed that he wouldn't service me because I was "rushing" him and "clearly" I had to be somewhere and he responded with "I'm going to be here until midnight" as if that's my fault he chooses to not check out a simple protein bar. This was simple all he had to do was ring me up check me out, check out the person behind me and the continue with his non work related conversation. Because he proceeded to lie and at random claim that he refuses to service me because I "interrupted his conversation" (actually admitting he was just chatting away) of course I made a call and as I was stepping outside he still had the audacity to follow me outside the store minutes after the door was closed behind he proceed to instigate me while I was on the phone with dispatchers because no I have actually shopped at this store prior no problem. Hence a cashier who proceeds to follow you once you left out the store is clearly a danger in addition to claiming you're the supposed issue clearly is lying and honestly providing the worst customer service. From an individual who has actually dealt with customers being racist and demanding--me asking him to please ring me up should not have been an issue at all. I shouldn't even have to request a cashier do his actually job. Mind he's complaining about being there till midnight? Some of us get up as early as four am grind go to school take care of our families and go to sleep after midnight no complaints. For an older man "cashier" to be upset at his job just tells me he should consider quitting and not projecting his nonsense. This happened at 19:15 hours I really do hope corp fired him because he is not a safe cashier ladies please do not go there!
