Very friendly folks there but pretty incompetent in the pharmacy. Every time I have a prescription…read moreready for my wife or me they have the price wrong because they choose the Blue Cross Medgap plan instead of the prescription drug plan. Then it takes 15 min+ for them to reprint the correct information. So after seeing a ridiculous price for the new prescription or refill every time the last 2 years on the phone app I started calling to let them correct the price before I drove there. This was working OK (but what a nuisance!). The final straw was a new prescription from my dermatologist. It showed up as $285 even though the medicare prescription plan showed it should cost $48 at this store. I called twice to get the price corrected but both times the lady who answered insisted it was charged correctly. I had the prescription sent to Walgreens John's Island. It was $13.61. I will switch all our business to Walgreens immediately!

Circle K has plenty of pumps for gas as well as a diesel pump. However, people have to park in the gas lanes to go inside the store (I am guilty of this). Occasionally a produce stand is set up next to the station, too. The convenience store has a great selection of sodas and coffee, including several flavors of cappuccino and hot chocolate. The coffee is ground fresh with each cup, so it hasn't been sitting out all day. Unfortunately, the Froster machine has been out of order for a few months now. I hope it's fixed before the weather warms up. My hot chocolate was as good as I can expect from a gas station, but other Circle K stores have better parking situations and working machines.

And it was excellent... Definitely one of the top 10 chicken sandwiches I've ever had from a fast food joint. The staff was pleasant and hollered out goodbye as we left. I was really surprised... Goes to show, you can't always predict your experience based on someone else's review. I would definitely eat here again. I can't get that Chicken Bacon Club off my mind.

Instead of focusing on customers, they acted like they were hanging out at a block party--laughing, shouting, and carrying on like the lobby was their personal playground. It was chaotic, distracting, and disrespectful to anyone who walked in to actually eat. What made it worse is that no one cared. Not a single ounce of professionalism, no sense of urgency, and no pride in their work. Just sloppy service and a terrible attitude. Hardee's corporate should be embarrassed that their name is attached to such a disaster of a restaurant. This isn't just "bad service"--it's an insult to customers. If your crew can't follow the simplest order and can't behave like professionals, then they have no business in food service. Period. I wouldn't recommend this Hardee's to anyone. Save your time, your money, and your patience.
