I know maybe I should've stayed with my car I just ran into grab a soda. And since I have NEVER had a pumps safety feature of stopping when it's full not work I assumed getting a soda was no cause for alarm. Lesson learned. Why I'm upset is the "manager" here was completely rude to me. First she avoided me for about 5 minutes walking around the store doing small tasks when i kept waiting for her. She didn't even go out to put a bag over the pump while I was there to stop others from using it! Huge safety hazard considering there is about 7 gallons of gas sitting on the ground! When I finally asked her (i'm very calm at this point mind you) what they could do about this since it malfunctioned and I was still charged she said "oh there's no way you're getting your money back" and then whispered to the girl behind her that the pump was working fine before. After that I'll admit I was not the most pleasant. She was unbelievable and left me walking to my car in tears. A nice stranger helped push my car out of all the gas so nothing would catch on fire! Thank you to that stranger, you were so kind! How on earth does Shell employ someone so rude? As a MANAGER none the less. I could not believe she was the manager especially considering this is a nice gas station that just opened recently. You think you'd hire someone with an ounce of customer service? Terrible representation of a company. And her owner was suppose to call and speak with me and thus far has not. Very unprofessional

Parking: 5 Location: 5 Food: 5 Decor: 5 Customer service:5 Prices & Loyalty card: 5 I love getting my morning coffee and Bacon, egg, cheese and biscuit here. The gourmet Dark Colombian coffee is yummy, fresh and the price is right. I prefer this coffee over all other coffees because the flavor is mild and the acidity is low which is great for my GERD. The Buttermilk biscuit is brushed with real butter, thick cut of smoked bacon, a fluffy folded egg, and a slice of american cheese. This biscuit melts in your mouth. For Lunch, The chicken tender salad is my favorite! The lettuce is crunchy paired with sweet tomatoes, crispy bacon, boiled eggs, shredded cheddar cheese and crispy, succulent, spicy chicken. For my snack, the Buy one get one free M & M's are always a treat. I love this sale and the prices are reasonable. Overall, I gave Parker's Kitchen a 10! Clean, Well stocked, Extremely cold drinks, huge variety of products of all kinds, Convenient, Great food, and Finally, Awesome employees ( s/o to Je'ya and Terry)!

Between older kids with bottomless stomachs, rising costs, and trying to save money for large future goals, we knew it was time to start checking out which wholesale club was best for us. We shopped the competitors, and one was too far and one was more money. But Sam's Club in North Charleston checked all the boxes: Decent distance from our apartment, great services, a membership sale, and better prices for most of our essentials. This location is super clean! Well stocked. And the staff was super friendly! We got lunch for our family of 4 at the cafe and spent less than $14, which is wild, and the food was great. When we first got there it was pretty quiet and there weren't any lines, but by the time we checked out it was definitely busier. But thankfully, we decided to give "Scan and Go" a chance while we did our first shopping trip, and it couldn't have been easier! And the huge plus was that while everyone else stood in line, we just finished our transaction on our phone and headed towards the exit arches where we were on our way! I'm not sure exactly why we waited so long to join, but we're feeling like legit, responsible adults now, so that's a win. Might have to go get a mini-van soon...
