When I requested to speak with a manager, no one came out to address the situation, which is extremely unprofessional. On top of that, the pumps were inefficient and did not work properly, and I was overcharged at the pump. This level of service and disrespect is unacceptable. I strongly encourage new management and the owner to address this aweful rude staff behavior and operational issues to ensure that customers are treated with respect and receive reliable service.

I will say right off the bat, we had a weird experience with service. It was definitely a one off situation because they were hosting a private party for a group later that day, but it could have been handled way better than it was. Our server was excellent though and was trying to be accomodating, but it seemed her hands were tied. More importantly, the Lobster Roll lives up to all the hype online. It was almost a cross between a CT and ME style because it still had a very light mayo base, but was then coated it warm butter as too. The combination worked perfectly and I would say it's better than some of the lobster rolls I just recently had in Boston. We started with the Fig & Brie melt and it was stellar as well. I wasn't sure what to expect, but the warm brie was served on top of a blueberry compote in a mini cast iron skillet. The they surrounded it with sliced baguette pieces to dip.
