Why I'm upset is the "manager" here was completely rude to me. First she avoided me for about 5 minutes walking around the store doing small tasks when i kept waiting for her. She didn't even go out to put a bag over the pump while I was there to stop others from using it! Huge safety hazard considering there is about 7 gallons of gas sitting on the ground! When I finally asked her (i'm very calm at this point mind you) what they could do about this since it malfunctioned and I was still charged she said "oh there's no way you're getting your money back" and then whispered to the girl behind her that the pump was working fine before. After that I'll admit I was not the most pleasant. She was unbelievable and left me walking to my car in tears. A nice stranger helped push my car out of all the gas so nothing would catch on fire! Thank you to that stranger, you were so kind! How on earth does Shell employ someone so rude? As a MANAGER none the less.
