A couple of…read moreweeks ago, my husband and I went in right when they opened and the guy working in the pharmacy had on wrinkled clothes, hair standing up like he just got out of bed. Today I went right at 8 am to pick up my prescription. I stood at the door and waited on an employee to come unlock the door. That employee was not even on the inside of the building. He came from his car that he was in while me and another customer waited on the door to unlock so I know he saw us but waited three minutes to come unlock the door at 8:03. I asked if the pharmacy opened at 8:00 as indicated and he said "they should." I stood back at an empty pharmacy waiting for them to open up for about five minutes when the one employee in the building who opened the door for us came back and said the pharmacist is running late and won't be here for 20 minutes, so I had to leave because I had to get to work. That was my last straw. I will be switching all our (family of five) prescriptions to another pharmacy.

My father owns an Exxon gas station up in New Jersey and I spent my youth working there pumping gas…read more(in New Jersey, we don't have self-serve gasoline). Just seeing in Exxon gas station brings back memories to me, it brings me back to a simpler time. But anyway, this gas station is just off the highway, so it makes for an easy on and easy off experience and has a convenience store to offer you the usual stuff.

First pumps are very slow. But what was a problem was we have a 2023 Chevy traverse which has a…read more21.7 gal tank. We had 1/8 of tank when started pumping gas. Shut the pump off and paid for almost 23 gallons of gas. Complained to attendant and he just walked away. Don't think their pumps are calibrated right. Won't be back.

When compared to this one as well, they were much smaller. The only reason I came here with a friend was because there is really nothing else nearby our hotels that we could grab a few snacks/drinks. I will say it was quite the walk from the hotels, but well worth it. The lot as a whole was big and well lit. I liked the more modern design they had going and it was a welcoming establishment. We went inside and it was larger than I expected and I was able to go through the aisles with ease to find items that I not necessarily needed, but wanted in that moment. After making our selections we went towards the registers to check out. Yikes, this was the confusing part. They had a generalized line, but you had no idea who was in line because where the line began was where you could grab your a quick drink, add to your coffee, and an area where people just mingle. The line went slowly. Not because it was filled with people, but because they decided to go with new technology and I don't think people understood that just yet. Registers where you place all your items in and area and it does it's thing and calculates what you owe. Not everyone was getting it, and unfortunately I didn't get a chance to play with them. When I neared the register the employee behind the counter called me over to the register. She was a sweetheart and working her butt off. She was trying to get the line down so that she could use the restroom. I felt like I needed to get out of there faster. I hope that she was just getting a burst of customers so that she could use the facilities.

Stay far away! The dirtiest, most wretched bathrooms I've ever seen. I saw the "employees last…read morecleaned" chart, and it hasn't been cleaned for 3 days....and it showed. No toilet paper, no paper towels, and a disgusting mess everywhere. Plenty of employees were milling around in the store, not one could be bothered to address the bathroom situation.

This little gas station is the perfect fuel up spot for people headed east to the casinos over…read moretoward Montgomery and Wetumpka. I stopped here only once, but was impressed with the cleanliness of the bathroom, the friendliness of the clerk, the low gas price and the variety of drinks offered. I always give a convenience store a high mark when they have a large selection of energy drinks and waters that are hard to find (Perrier, Figi, Voss Springtime and Aqualibrium). These artesian mineral waters are better for us all than all these "purified" waters we find like Dasani and generic off-bands. Cigarettes were also under cost here at less than $4 a pack for both David and my different brands.
