Worst car wash in town! Ultimate wash is a scam, nothing but soap and water! Never going back!

This place is horrendously disgusting. Yes, it's my fault for returning after getting a faulty product (one of those little square cake slices from the fridge, it smelled foul and sour). Worth noting, however, that I went to get coffee from their cold brew machine. Realized about halfway that it wasn't cold at all. Looked into the cup. Cloudy with separated milk and water. There were bugs floating about inside. I smelled it because I'm weird and feel the need to do so-- it was fecal. Literally smelled like a mixture of rotten eggs and human waste. Not exaggerating. It was horrendous. If you're feeling particularly hopeless about life, go pick up snacks from this location. They'll kick your bucket thoroughly in. read more

I love Circle K's. They always seem to be spacious, clean well organized and full of options. This location is no different! They even had the hard to find BLT Lay's. The cashier Aurora was so professional, welcoming and adds some cool style to her neat and clean uniform. It's getting rarer to get good customer service these days so I really appreciate the added value. read more

This Circle K is located on Victoria & 5th Street in Oxnard. Same side as Pirates, CJ's BBQ, Ragin Crawfish & Sugarbug Dental. Across the street is an Arco, Jack In the Box & El Pollo Loco. This is my go to gas station of choice bc it's either otw to work or otw home & not super busy during the times I'm here. The cashiers have been friendly. Car wash accepts credit card payment only. So I suggest you save time & purchase your car wash at the pump or go inside Circle K. Car wash wait times for me have been at least a 20 minute wait. No bueno if you're in a hurry. read more

Ok, I hardly ever review gas stations. But I had my worst experience here, partly because of the equipment, partly because the other people here were stupid. I understand that not all of it is the business's fault, but it all speaks to my experience. Nonetheless, the next time I'm in the area, I won't come back here. Very quickly, to start off, stupid drivers come here. A girl got out of here car to pump, the the driver in front of her pulled away, which opened up my pump. Instead, the girl in front of me, got BACK into her car and pulled forward, right into my spot. I was totally baffled. Who does this? She clearly should've seen me waiting there, but even if she didn't, why would she change pumps when she already exited her car to get gas on a different pumps? To this day, I don't have an answer. Secondly, the pump that I had to drive around to did not stop automatically when the tank got full. Consequently, it overflowed ALL OVER my car. I was furious. I have NEVER had that happen to me, EVER. It was a bad experience overall. I'll just find a different gas station. Ugh. No top off. Leaks. "Strawberry Fields Forever" To keep my cohort in life happy, I readily volunteered to take both of our vehicles to the local drive-thru carwash for much deserved baths. Results: - I spent a combined $18.00. - I happily witnessed the cleansing effects of the carwashes - In the 2 miles it took to get home, the farmland dust & seagull crap had taken their toll each time. You see, the carwash is located directly across the street from vast strawberry fields and, coincidentally, directly downwind from those same fields. This place is always crazy busy. It's located on a pretty busy intersection so I can understand. They have a great coffee bar and the employee's are always friendly. If it's busy they usually open up another cash register which I appreciate. read more

I have been using this gas station about once a month for the last three years. I now try to avoid going there! PRICES, sometimes higher than other stations in the area. PUMPS, a couple of them are very slow. WINDSHIELD FLUID, usually low with black dirty water. PAPER TOWELS, usually empty. STAFF, rude and clueless, unhelpful, insincere. AIR PUMP, not always working, unhelpful staff. LINES, can be long, especially when all taken by school buses. RECEIPT PRINTER, often out of paper so you have to to inside. CAR WASH, okay, sometimes have to go inside for receipt. CAR WASH LINE, if long, don't get in line. Each wash takes at least 5 minutes, do the math. read more

We come here all the time with our 3 cars. Two expeditions and one that takes Premium only. I estimate we spend at least $800 a month here because we do drive a lot of miles. 8 out of 10 times in the late afternoon to early evening the squeegee water wells are bone dry. Living near the beach our windows get pretty dirty and desperately need cleaning. Most of the time I will let the attendant know (and it's always the same woman). Apparently I was the second person informing her as she angrily informed me before telling me the usual "I'll tell the Manager". This one time I told her this happens a lot. I was then informed "Then don't come here again". I'm thinking to myself... No problem. I'm willing to give another gas station my $9,600.00 a year and hopefully I tell my friends and they go elsewhere also. Management needs to think about who they hire. read more

Hands down the worst car wash in the 805! If you want various parts ripped away from your vehicle that's your business, but that's not a good price to pay for a half washed car. It's not enclosed so if the wind is blowing just right dust covers your car on the way out. The air jets only dry it 80% of the way. Rims get about 75% clean. But hey, if you want to spend $15 just to finish what the machine should have done that's your business to. Save your money and get any number of mobile car washers you can find around the 805 read more

I don't recommend going here for gas or anything especially vacuums. They don't work. Also RAQUEL is the most rude and awful person working there with HORRIBLE customer service and a bad snarky attitude. She threw a fit over 50cents and didn't give me all my money back that the vacuum took. I put in 6 quarters. Then went in to complain. They only gave me 4 back and when I noticed I asked if I could have my other two quarters back please.. she had a horrible attitude to me. And told me to call the customer service number....over 50 cents!!!! Are you kidding me? So you can only give me 4 of 6 back??? And I have to call some number. Paid $11.00 for car wash. Machine said my code was for economy. Went inside and there were two employees. No other customers. Told them what had happened. She (the female employee) said that I got the $11.00 wash no matter what the machine said. I ask "I'm to take your word for that"! She then told me she had used her credit card the other day and it said the same thing. I ask her again, " how do I know that when none of the extra lights came on telling me that I was getting the service"? They both walked across the store and started doing other things while I stood there! I asked " Is that IT"? This place..... Sucks Went to put air in my daughter's front tire and the stupid compressor is too weak to pump air and we ended up with a FLAT tire! I asked for sime help and the male attendant made it a point to tell me they usually don't help people "out here". He also said the compressor needed to rest for 10 minutes and then he would be back to try again. Needless to say, he never came back out. I tried it again and nothing. Btw... Her tire BEFORE we tried to put more air in it was at 28 psi. NOW, it's at 3 psi! We had to cal AAA to come out and help us. I am not amused with this place.... read more

I waited 20 minutes for a car wash only to find out that the credit/debit machine was out of order. There was no sign posted at the entrance. I spent my whole lunch break for nothing. At the end of the whole thing, my car was covered in flecks of soap from the car in front of me. The manager treated me like I was the idiot. This place lost my business forever. :( read more

I've only been to this place. The first time was to try to get a car wash. The second time was to get a refund for said car wash. That will be my last visit here - ever. I normally wash my car myself, but since I've been working nights, I came here on a coworker's suggestion. I drove around the back to get in line for the car wash. As I pull up to the self-pay kiosk in front of the car wash tunnel, I notice a large pickup driving through the car wash tunnel. I did not notice that the floor inside the tunnel was unusually dry.. until later... So, on the kiosk terminal that looks like it's been through a war or two, I slide my card and select the cheapest wash ($7), the Express Wash. The voice recorded for the box makes fast-food drive-thru window speakers sound like Bose. Regardless, I did understand it to say something to the effect of, "Please pull into the wash tunnel and follow the signs." So, OK. I pull forwards slowly. I looked for any indicator lights or a voice or tone to say what was going on. Nothing. Just silence. I continued to pull forward to drive over the first bump. I wait 10-15 seconds. Nothing. So I try pulling forwards. Maybe it's my rear wheels that are supposed to be just over the bump? Again, nothing. I try backing up and trying again. Nothing. I drive around to window to ask for a refund. The girl behind the counter says that she'll have to call the manager. She does, and she begins talking w/ the manager. I don't really pay attention, but I hear her say that the car wash is down again, then I hear her say something like, "He jumped the bump," or something. After she's off the phone, she explains to me that they don't own the car wash, and that a separate company takes care of it. She says the manager, Val, is in from 12-2PM (It was a Sunday). So, OK. I live in Camarillo, and I had to go to sleep, as I've been working nights. So I call a little past noon to talk to Val. Immediately from the get-go, I could tell she was a rough character. I explained what happened, how the machine didn't tell me what to do, and she says, "You're supposed to stop after your tires go over the first bump." I tell her, Ya, I woulda. If the machine had told me to. We go back and forth several times, with her just repeating, "You should have stopped after your tires went over the bump," and me repeating, "YES, I would have, if your machine had told me to." As I see we're getting nowhere, I finally say, "Well, maybe I did mess up." Then she says, "Ya, it's our fault as much too. The girl there should have known how to deal w/ this. She's been here long enough." She tells me to come by the following day (Monday) to get a refund. And while I was at home, I remembered that I record all my driving with my smartphone (for liability reasons). And sure enough, it was running as I went through the car-wash. I showed the footage to two coworkers who regularly use that car-wash. Both of them agreed I did nothing wrong, and that the car wash normally has lights that turn on and flash to indicate what to do, and a horn that sounds when you pull into the right spot. The video shows none of that happening. And it also shows that I stopped after my tires pulled over the bump, I stayed put for 10-15 seconds - and nothing happened. I drop by Monday after work (9AM-ish), and I was braced for a rough run-in with Val. She hands me back $7 in cash. I was confused, as I thought she was going to give me a voucher for another wash. I ask her, "Is the car wash up and running?" Here's her response: "No, not since you broke it yesterday." I even offered to show her the footage, but she declined. Sigh... What kind equipment is this, anyways, that if someone drives through and doesn't follow the prompts it gets taken offline until the service people fix it?... I'm guessing it was someone before me - or it just broke itself. My coworkers say that routinely, once every few weeks, they'll see that the car wash is down. One gave the tip to look and see if cars are actually going through it and coming out washed before you drive in. And also look to see if the floor in there is actually wet. I say, keep it simple and don't come here. Manager Val is a b****. Don't come here. She'll blame you for breaking their car wash when it messes itself up. And you won't be able to get a refund unless she's there. After it goes down, service people need to come and fix it. read more

The way the car wash is set up, you can't see how many cars are in line ahead of you before you enter. I'm here right now and I have been in line for over 20 minutes. When I finally got up to the machine to pay, they have a sign posted stating that their machine in broken, forcing me to then go inside and pay. When I reluctantly went inside to pay I notified the cashier that they need to post a sign at the entrance so everyone knows to go inside and pay before they get in line, so as not to delay to process any further, and she just said that they used to have one but it fell off. Car wash system is great but not dummy prove. You need comment sense to use it. Stuck here for over an hour because people don't know how to use a ten key pad or enter the car wash to enable the sensor to wash the car. These people with this level of intelligent shouldn't be driving. read more

On 10-25-2017 8:05PM I put in $30.00 gas and paid for a $9.00 premium car wash. The car wash lights were not working properly and the system failure caused me to miss the blow dry, I didn't notice one activate. I went in to try to resolve the issue with the clerk and he, not even bothering to look at my wet truck or receipt in many words or less accused me of lying to get a free car wash. Again not looking at my receipt or wet truck. In our back and forth banter he managed to insult me in front of other patrons and gave me a $7.00 free car wash and I quote "Just to get you out of here" I was very insulted as he did this in front of other patrons but to keep this story short I am writing to corporate and to Mobil. Place is great. Prices in the store are pretty good. There's a car wash here thats worth the price for what you get, but drying is ok. Free air at this gas station. just press the button located on the wall by the door inside the building. Customer service is OK. Place is generally less busy, compared to Arco across the street due to its little higher gas price. read more

I just stopped in for a tank of gas and a quick car wash in the Wash n' Run. I bought the most expensive wash for $10 (poor car is filthy!) and when I pull in the sensor never recognizes my car. I followed the directions, got in the little dip like it says and nothing happens. I tried a few times after nothing happened and even had a nice fella check to make sure I was in the right area which he confirmed. So I go inside and let the attendant know that I had an issue with a wash... Raquel the gas attendant was rude and told me "I did it wrong" and that because of me the person behind me gets a free wash. So she tells me to pull around again because she "has" to get me another code, meanwhile the guy that was behind me, his carwash stops mid-wash for no apparent reason. At this point I ask Raquel the attendant what's going on and she informs me that it's broken because I "drove forward and back too much". She has to refund me and 2 others and still does not apologize for blaming me when the machine is obviously not working properly and doesn't say a word or make eye contact when she gives me my refund. I cannot believe how rude this woman was and how terrible the service was at this Mobil. It'll cheaper and you'll get better service at the Arco across the street. read more
