Door dash even showed up to pick up a delivery. They had to leave. One customer said the person was 20 minutes late as well yesterday. What kind of mess is this?? A very nice employee has been trying to get ahold of another manager out of state. So far they are trying to find someone. In writing this standing at the door...I have had to tell 7 people that it isn't open...that it should be but it IS NOT! This Shift Lead can't lead be example and needs to be terminated. Btw I am a NURSE. I am early to EVERY SHIFT because my Patients need me. I take that seriously. Angela (awesome and sweet as can be) understands that and showed up on time for HER JOB.
