One downside is the cost of up-charges, the cost of adding a protein was bordering on unreasonable, adding a bit more garlic bread was too. In the end we had one meal (with protein) garlic bread (1/4 loaf) a Cesar salad and two drinks and it was pretty close to the same cost of going to a sit down dinner. One other downside is this is strictly takeout. There were no tables or places to sit and eat, so it makes it difficult to use as a quick lunch break spot. TL:DR - Good food, great service, but costly if not feeding a family/group, take out only.

It felt mass produced and rushed, missing the flavor and texture that make barbecue special in the first place. What made the experience even worse is the price. Spending around $40 on a pound of meat, expecting quality barbecue, and getting dry, bland food instead. For that price, you expect memorable barbecue, not something you regret ordering halfway through the meal.
