However today, the clerk (Caucasian, Black beard, black slicked back hair, about 6'3) told me my "ID wouldn't scan" then said he wouldn't sell to me. He then told my friend, who is a grown adult, that she couldn't buy cigarettes for herself. He declined selling either of us something we're legally allowed to buy, was EXTREMELY loud and rude, and profiled me for looking young. I turn 19 in less than two months. Never taking a penny of business to this terrible gas station again.

Personally Attacked by Circle K Staff--Avoid This Location…read more 0 stars if possible. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a Circle K. I stopped to grab water in my own cup, poured a soda in a brand-new Circle K cup, and planned to buy snacks and gas. Before I even reached the register, the older clerk snapped "you're at $4.00" and then barked "get out, this ain't no charity." When I asked what he meant, he doubled down: "get out, you're done." I explained I had money and intended to make more purchases, but he completely ignored me. I was polite and respectful the entire time, yet I felt personally attacked--spoken to as if I was trying to cheat or freeload. The hypocrisy was staggering--this man, with rotting teeth and zero professionalism, chose to lecture and attack a paying customer. Someone in that condition has no business judging or berating anyone. This wasn't just bad service--it was aggressive, insulting, and completely unprofessional. Whoever hired him should be embarrassed, and whoever keeps him employed clearly doesn't care about customers at all.

I used to be really happy about having a nearby Loaf n Jug, but I've had three "glitches" with only…read morethis location that have convinced me that this business uses deceptive business practices. I tried to prepay $20 cash today and get a $0.70 King Soopers grocer discount. However, after only pumping in $5.26 in gas, the pump was shut off, and a message appeared on the pump indicating that the pump had been stopped, and to see the cashier inside. The cashier said that my tank must be full, which it was not. When I asked her to put the balance back in at the discount price, she said she couldn't do it, so I had to put the remaining gallons in at the regular price. On an earlier occasion, a similar "glitch" happened, and I was switched to the highest grade of gas instead of the lowest grade of gas. On a third prior occasion, the cashier entered only $10 instead of $20, so I was only able to get half my tank at the discount price. Any one of these incidents, alone, I would have ignored (and I did, until it happened a third time). I am going to go back to the Loaf n Jug in Highlands Ranch from now on.

Fell at the car wash because it was iced over and no one had shoveled the ice at the exit. When walking around to the other side I slipped on a sheet of ice and fell on my arm/back. Line of cars waiting outside the entrance of the car wash, alarm sounding telling me to "exit the car wash" and no one there to help. Someone needs to monitor those areas and make sure they are cleared off so this doesn't happen again. This used to be my go to car wash location too.
