I truly hate going to a convenient store and having the clerk tell me there is "no restroom." Yeah....right! Second, what is the condition of the bathroom? A clean washroom reflects highly on the management and owner(s). This store gets my praise in both categories. Well done!

By the time she finished, the line grew from 2 to at least 10. Anyway, I found everything I wanted. Manage to tilt the coffee container with regular coffee to get a half a cup out and after I had no cash on me, trying to pay with card, the clerk let me have the coffee... The employees are helpful, friendly and just down right good people. The bathrooms are kept clean; indeed a huge challenge in any public venue!!! Every employee works hard and yet have time for a smile, short talk (they are busy) and pleasantries. I told him I would pay for the drink again, and could prove that I paid for it, but he swore I hadn't. After a minute or so he comes back out and said he checked and I had. (Which could have happened before he just took a picture of my licence plate and walked away) As a younger woman I am already nervous about going out anywhere at night and this just made it so much worse. I will not be taking my money to this maverick again at any time of day as the disrespect and lack of care for their costumers is not ok and should not be allowed at any time.

On this early morning a few weeks ago, I made it to work on time and early in fact, with a little gas to spare because of the Kindness of a gentleman who works here named Ken- he had an extra 6 bucks that he put in my tank, and that $7.50 got me where I was going and then some. It's hard to tread water on no income and wait 2 weeks for a first paycheck at a new job, and it's even harder when you don't know for sure if you've got enough gas to make it to work again, let alone home afterward. Longish story short(er), this is the best gas station ever as far I am concerned. Their coffee is excellent and the people they employ are better---Thank you Ken, and thank you Thomas. I had taken my car to another local mechanic to diagnose a problem with the air conditioner. They…read moremechanic said that a house needed to be replaced, but they were not able to do it because they do not have the equipment needed to evacuate the existing refrigerant 1234yf. They referred us to the Kia dealer, which I knew would be very expensive. So I did some research online and found Franklynn Automotive. I called and described the situation to Steve. He said they likely can handle it, but would start with a complimentary second opinion. After their inspection, they determined that the hose does not need to be replaced and we only needed to refresh the refrigerant, which they do have the equipment for. In addition, the reason the other shop might have suggested the hose replacement was because of a leak related to the axel. All in, the repairs would be substantially less than the dealer quote for work that may not have been needed in the first place. Overall, great experience with Franklynn.

Went here to get suspension work done on my Tesla. Overall the vibe was friendly and the mechanic…read morethey had look at my car seemed to be top notch. He was the reason I wanted to get the suspension serviced here as his explanation of what I needed done showed his mastery of his craft. However after taking the car to Tesla to get a 2nd opinion I discovered that this shop (not the tech) was trying to charge me literally a 200% markup on the parts to do the repair. Crazy right!!! The genuine Tesla parts for the repair were $209 and these guys quoted those same parts out to $614 (I sent him the estimate from Tesla with the exact cost of the parts). Unfortunately for me Tesla wouldn't work on the car because of an aftermarket body kit the previous owner had installed. I really liked the mechanic at this shop, so I went back to this shop with the intention to move forward even though their cost was literally 56% more ($1,635 vs $2,555) then Tesla for the same work (because of the price gouging on the parts). Then when I asked about it before my approval to move forward the manager got snarky and said how would you expect us to stay in business if we don't markup the parts. I said and I quote "I get a markup on the parts and your high hourly rate for the labor on the work but not a 200% markup on the parts." The guy gave an excuse about the software they use but was unwilling to budge on the price gouging. I literally said why don't you let me buy the parts directly from Tesla and you can still mark them up 25% and he still said no. I was completely professional throughout the conversation, but obviously would not pay a 200% markup on parts on top of the already top of market labor they charge. After the conversation he texted me back and we agreed to not move forward. I only leave this review to warn others. It's a bad business practice to over charge people like that and so I just wanted to give people my story warning them to watch out and be careful before doing any work here. Update: this slime ball's disclosure of all the information I gave his manager, Steve, in good faith is abhorrent. Everything he mentioned on the car was told to them right up front as I told it to the manager, Steve, in person and this clown is repeating word for word what I told his manager. I was cool with this at first but this guy is a complete scum bag now using my own words and lying about it. Anyways besides being a scum bag, no effort at all was made regarding the parts and this shops 200% markup. I literally told the guy running the shop I would buy the parts myself and let them mark it up 25% and still the answer was a quick no. Everything I said was honest and accurate and don't appreciate this guy claiming transparency when his long shpeel was essentially just a my own words complaining about the car I bought and his shops poor excuse for price gauging. They could have done the job without gauging me on the price given I had the option to buy the parts myself. Not cool at all the response from this guy and his piss poor excuse for attempting to rip me off.

Then , spoke with the manager at Discount, who stayed on the phone after their closing time. He gave great advice and told me I had a warranty on two of the tires on my car. When I went in to the store this morning (Belleview & Santa Fe) I expected to pay about $900. I left spending $550. These folks found every discount I could claim, and truthfully, I would not have known the difference. This included credits for tires which did not wear according to the initial warranty. I was in and out within one hour. Everyone was pleasant and efficient. Yes I purchased the extra warranty. It paid for itself previously.

He very skillfully and carefully replaced a windshield and recalibrated lane departure on one car plus repaired multiple rock chips on another car. For our windshield replacement, Vadim coached us to buy the aftermarket glass to save money and we're glad we did. It's been months later and his windshield replacement as well as his rock chip repair have proven to be perfect. For the windshield, we've not seen any defects in the glass, not seen any leaks, and not heard any additional wind noise from the new windshield. For the rock chips, we have not seen any spread from these and his repair work has held up well. Thank you Vadim!

He thoroughly checked each and everything that could be wrong with it. He likes to fully communicate on what may have happened that lead up to the car not starting. Also, likes to communicate on the past history of your vehicle for a better understanding on what's going on. He would not stop checking until he finally fixed and corrected the problem.
