Call the police, a robbery has taken place. I bought a single donut here and was charged $2.29. Ridiculous! I felt so wronged that I walked over to QT (wish I noticed before), bought a comparable if not larger donut and was charged $0.89. What's going on, where are the donut police?! Never again shall I be robbed of my glazed dignity and hard-earned cash. This wasn't a snack--it was a heist with sprinkles. Circle K, I came in for a treat and left questioning my life choices. For $2.29 I expected a choir of angels with each bite--not a dry, overpriced wheel of disappointment. QT is now my ride-or-die. Circle K? After getting a flat, my boyfriend and I rolled our tire into the parking lot around 9pm to use the air machine. My boyfriend went in for change. He came back with redbull, coffee, and no change. He gave me the money saying the cashier had ignored him when he'd asked. I went in (the place was empty aside from the tall, older caucasian cashier); I politely asked for change and the slightly balding man said nothing but moved from one register to another so I follow him from the other side, thinking he'd give me change.... With an indignant noncholance, he slowly opens a trash bag and turns to me saying, "sorry, I cant open it right now." I look around the empty store, "you cant?" Apparently gripping tightly to the smallest taste of power he can grasp, he sneers down at me, "I cant just open the cash drawer whenever you want." I explain that my boyfriend had asked for change earlier when he made a purchase and this man flatly denied that the conversation had ever occered. I was amazed at the amount of arrogance and rudeness I'd experienced here. I walked out, and accross to the much busier QuikTrip. Circle K provided me with an especially unique and expensive non-driving experience today. I, because of the vast signage on their pumps, was under the belief that I was receiving 93 octane unleaded gas. For some reason trickster Circle K put diesel in their unleaded storage tanks. The discovery was made several hours after I fueled up and as a result I ended up broken down on the side of I-35. Circle K became aware of the issue by a different motorist and briefly closed the affected pumps only to reopen them hours later. Because they did not check the premium unleaded storage tank for diesel, they found no problem and kept selling diesel fuel to unsuspecting motorist for 5 additional days. I've used this Circle K Station (Williams Drive at Serenada Drive) for several years. When the spiffy new QT station opened on the same corner, I hoped it would make the Circle K folks step up their game. It looks like the opposite has happened, and they seem to have given up. The receipt printers fail as often as they work, and the staff inside ranges from unhelpful to acting annoyed when you ask for something. I think I've become a permanent QT customer. read more

This store needs someone better to run it. Tonight my son tried to use the vacuum and it did not work. He brought it to their attention and the man in charge called him a liar and insinuated he was trying to take him for $1.50.. My son said to refund the money and walk back with him to see it is not working and the man refused. I'm not sure what type of training this many got but it your are going to refund the money...ummm, I don't know.. Maybe don't call the person a liar.
