The car wash would start the soap cycle and then stop, forcing the dryer cycle to start prematurely. I drove my still soapy car to the front door and alerted the employee. The employee was reluctant to give me the code for rerun of the car wash. He ended giving me the code after requesting him to check the records and camera feeds. And guess what? The same thing happened again. I went in again and informed him of the machine being broken, and that I didn't want to go through another time and please just give me a refund. But honestly, it does a good enough job for $10-12 that I don't do any of the manual stuff.

She addressed me angrily in the presence of other customers. I explained to her my car did not get washed and I had already paid for it the first time. She refused any further assistance. So I ended up paying twice to have my car washed because of an issue with their machine? I have been washing my car at this service center for years. But it now has a new owner and a new car wash and, they are not friendly or helpful!

I walked in this morning at a time that most people are…read morestill asleep to buy a lottery ticket (which I rarely do), and the cashier was pleasant, cordial and friendly. I like the fact that if I need a quick affordable car wash, I usually go here because it's convenient and it's clean. The only issue that I ever had here was that there was someone parked in the area where you add air to your tires, but that's just a normal customer with bad manners and has nothing to do with the establishment.
