Because of that experience, we chose to speak English this time, but his attitude was no better. He came across as arrogant, dismissive, and uncooperative in both English and Spanish interactions. He also interrupted a coworker to ask about an order that was already previously confirmed despite already having asked the same question earlier. In my opinion, this behavior was disrespectful to both customers and coworkers and seemed to undermine his coworkers' intelligence and professionalism.
