Store is fine but pharmacy is not. Turnover is high, they seem to have new people frequently. On two separate occasions they failed to check the name on a prescription against the birth date, very concerning when you have a common name. Not enough staff and drive-through seems to get priority over customers waiting at the counter. Today I went to pick up a prescription. Walgreens online said it was prepared yesterday but it was not. Forty minutes waiting at the counter wasted. They told me to come back tomorrow. Mismatch between computer and operations worries me. Go across the street to Basha's pharmacy if you can. read more

The pharmacy staff was very courteous and helpful! The medication that I needed in short order was out of stock at the Walgreens near my house. However, the Walgreens off of Warner and McClintock had my prescription. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be going to this Walgreens in the future! read more

I had not visited a Walgreens in quite a while, and I always forget that during the holiday season you find the most unique items at Walgreens. By better half wanted to stop here to shop around for stocking stuffers. Yes, indeed she found quite a few. The thing is as I was perusing through the whole store I kept stopping to look at some unique items just like a kid. It must of seemed funny to some of the customers, that here is an old man just staring at different items. Let me tell you, I never knew that the Bicycle brand of playing cards had so many different styles to begin with. You walk around the place and there is something for someone that makes you think of that's a silly item but, my someone else would like this or that. It amazes me that every year that I am in Walgreens about this time of year something new pops up. Just take some time out of your hectic day or week and just have some fun and enjoy some time away from your normal life. Sometimes it's the little things that make your day. When I say take your time I really mean that, don't be in a hurry, even if you don't buy anything. The employees really live helping you here. This is a failing business. Forget all the pharmacy issues I've had with them... how are you closed at 5:30pm on a Saturday because you can't staff the place?? This is a repeated issue with this store. Seems like they should just close. read more

Constant issues with there pharmacy. Prescriptions on back order every single month. This month they ordered the wrong dose so they couldn't fill it. The pharmacy department is constantly not following up with things they say they will do. We go through delays and frustration every month. Terrible pharmacy department. read more

0 stars if I could! Ordered curbside. we went in because we wanted a copy of our receipt! The cashier/shift lead told us we just have to hold on because our order wasn't ready. There are 2 other workers there, and they can't get it done! She says she can't give us a receipt because she has already scanned it on her scanner! read more

Another update regarding alcohol at this store: I am north of 60 years old yet today not only was I asked to see my ID to buy some beer but they also scanned it for some reason. I told the young lady at the register I was old enough to be her Grandpa but she would not budge... What information is being collected from my ID by this scan and who is it being sent to? Will I need a note from my mother to buy here in the future? read more

DO NO USE FOR PHOTOS! Tried 2 times to get photos printed. Cropping was messed up even though I had done the "Preview" on their website, prints useless (heads cut off). Went back later with receipt and manager (I had asked for him because no satisfaction from woman who printed pictures) said no money back or free redo because I should have checked before I left. read more

As a former employee at this location i can tell you that the employees are over worked while management sits in the office doing next to nothing. For a company all about being happy and healthy they truly dont care about the physical/mental health of their employees. If your looking to work at this location i highly suggest looking into one of the other locations down the road until the managers here can figure out that the people who are actually doing all the work are really people and not robots. read more

How sad. It's been my go to pharmacy and store for 30 years. Customer Service is officially dead and I am officially old. I like the old school ways where pharmacists know you and want to help keep you safe and well. Now it's just a numbers game and who cares if your medications Interact or if you even get your medication.
