If you want low quality products and rude management, this is your stop. The owner is a very nice guy who does want to do right, but his staff are rude and aggressive. They tend to sell expired products as well, you need to make sure before you leave the property that y whatever you bought isn't expired. This place is confused about their fuel prices. They have 2 fuel signs and one of them contradicts the other one. One says diesel fuel is $2.89 or $2.95. The other sign says $3.09. But I was charged $3.04 at the regular fuel pump. Nothing special about this except the manager seems to think that's ok. No sir, sorry it isn't right to lie to your customers. Now let's talk about the single bottle of water I purchased. They charged me $4.59 for this single bottle of water. This bottle isn't gods elixir or anything. It's just a simple ph bottle of water that should cost less than $3 per bottle. But not here. Oh no no. They charge you more for water here than any other drink on the shelf. The advertised price of diesel that is visible from the highway was $3.55 a gallon when you pull up to the auto pump it was $4.69 a gallon. It was explained to me that the advertised price is for the truckers network. This is certainly disingenuous and unethical. They do have a small sign visible from the road behind the gas station advertising the correct price of auto diesel. I'm guessing the majority of people pull off the highway. Don't notice until it's late. read more

GO ACROSS THE ROAD TO MAVERICK! I usually stop at Maverick but because of construction I decided to just stop here for gas and a snack. When I walked in and got my drink, the only thing that came out of the Dr. Pepper and Coke spouts was about a tablespoon of thick syrup. The worker 2 feet away from me just glanced and kept loading her shelves. I asked if there was anywhere else to get drinks and this worker and another that had walked up just said yeah go over to the subway side. I did that then walked back to check out. I stood there several minutes while three different people just loaded and arranged shelves. Still a different worker moseyed (definitely not a fast walk) up to the counter. Nope. She still didn't check my order. One of the others came up and FINALLY took my money all the while talking it up with her coworkers. You've been warned. read more

This place is good if you need to use the bathroom and go, I stop here from time to time. Me personally I am uncomfortable with staff not wearing mask or require it. If you drive a 18 wheeler looks like you can have space to park and possibly sleep. Fill up on gas and go type of place. read more

If I could leave ZERO stars I would!! Worst service and employee Nika is rude and RACIST! She got upset because I told her she was giving me the incorrect change . She told me to get out of HER STORE and not to come back , so I asked for a full refund. Could not do simple math and was upset because I told her, her math was incorrect. Just stopped at this store Sunday night 10:30 pm, few people in the store. The clerk was extremely unfriendly, she was wiping the soda counter, not once saying anything, we had to wait to be checked out, the entire time no smile, asked for mayo for a sandwich that was purchased, she turned and got it and said absolutely nothing, very rude!! Just went here. ..very dirty...bathrooms were gross. ..no toilet paper in at least one of the stalls...it was very hot in the store...the tao people behind the counter weren't very customer friendly...and I like to know prices of stuff before I get it..there werent any one anything i wanted...this store was seriously slacking today. ..I hope its not like this all the time but ill def take my buisness to stripes just a tad bit on down..at least they always seem to be clean and have awesome tacos. read more

We stopped here for a fuel-up while on a road trip between Midland and Athens, Texas. Unleaded gasoline was $2.39 per gallon during the weekend when we stopped. It was a nice, convenient stopover for us. I think the others saw the inside of the convenience store and the restrooms, and I did not hear any complaints. Walked through and couldn't find any prices on anything. We got to the counter to pay and found out why. Our few items like a package of bottled water, 2 bags of ice, some gum and a couple of Monster drinks rang up to $50. This is recently under new management and they have raised the prices to ridiculous amounts and are hiding it until you get to the counter and feel trapped. We left everything at the counter, walked out and went across the street to Maverick Travel Center. We will never visit here again, which is sad because we have always stopped here both coming and going to our deer lease each year. read more
