That said, I believe this is an excellent place to go to if you are looking to fuel up. This location happens to have a Subway and Godfather pizza attached to it. I came here to gas up during my trip to the west, and found the bathrooms to be clean, and plenty of opportunity to get some food in my belly for the road ahead. The worker Jose at the subway was taking a while conversating with two other customers casually and…read morenon professionally for around 10 minutes while waiting for my order alongside two other customers, I had to tell them to stop conversating so he would take my order, he proceeded to give me attitude while making my sandwich, i then was going to get my cup lid and it was out of stock, I proceeded to ask for a lid in while both workers ignored me until I told them they shouldn't be ignoring me, the main worker slammed the cabinet and gave the lids rudely without any apology, they were rude, unprofessional, and had bad service. This was during a night shift and I would not come here again!!!!!

They were fantastic!!! We arrived mid-afternoon, and they were out of lemon and chocolate, but there were plenty of other choices. The nice lady at the register even went to check in back to see if there were any more flavors that weren't in the case. The crust on these pies is light and flaky, and there's plenty of filling appropriate to the amount of crust. Note to self...next time, don't try to eat the cherry pie in the car! It was delicious, but a bit messy. If you're visiting Glen Rose, which is definitely worth a visit, be sure to grab a pie, or three, from this place!

That's what changing tables in restrooms are for, genius. And we're sure as hell not using the disgusting restroom floor, I assure you of that. So get changing tables in your restrooms if you don't want babies changed elsewhere. It's pretty standard at other modern gas stations, and this is NOT some ancient Podunk gas station. Gimme a break. 8 pumps. Reasonably priced gas. Shares the building with a Chicken Express. But we'll stop somewhere else next time - maybe pay THE SAME for gas at the Exxon that's literally across the street. Normally I hit Valero because it's cheaper... but this place sucks for offering me nothing over, say, Exxon.

That would be an Allsup's burrito. Yes, deep fried goodness. On a recent trip up and down the 281 corridor I stopped at the closest burrito outlet for a quick bite. Having a large breakfast, this was more of a snack stop. I prolly could have handled a few bites of each but settled on a cheese and green chili instead of the more famous beef and bean. Grabbed a Dr. Pepper just in case of heartburn. Crispy fried tortilla exterior; inside a molten concoction of green chili and government cheese. Good bites! Friendly counter staff too. Didn't try the packet of taco sauce so I have some additional research on the next trip.
