When you walk in, your eyeballs will be greeted by a dazzling display of gorgeous pastries, cupcakes, bars, cookies and pretty much any kind of bakery treat you can think of. Our pound of cookies included chocolate macaroons, chocolate leaves, rainbow petit fours, and a slew of other beauties. Everything we've had so far has been stellar, and you'll really need some will power to make your cookie stash last longer than a half hour. Went right back to the store with the cake and the employee was so rude and said "that's what you get for getting a cake last minute". ummm 2:30 on a Saturday going to the bakery to get a cake or any other desserts when you're open go another 4 hours. Didn't know stopping into a bakery to buy things you already have made for sale is buying at the last minute when you are open for 4 more hours. They argued they should not fix it or give the money back. finally after arguing they did give the money back. We left the cake there and we will NEVER be going back and plan to tell everyone we know how poor their service is there time and time again. I could write about several issues had here. We will not be turning the other cheek anymore or giving them any more chances! Steer clear! We will make the drive to anywhere else for our desserts. Outside, there were mums, gourds, pumpkins, etc. We scored some gourds for a dollar each. Inside, it was a lovely place to shop. They had premade soups, pies, meat pies, a bakery, fresh produce, honey, jellies, soaps, shirts, etc. The place was definitely popular, people were in and out constantly. We bought some pastries (pumpkin muffin, blueberry muffin, cake pop) and it was good! The only thing I don't recommend were the cider donuts, they were kind of dry. The cashier was okay, kind of dry also lol, other than that, a good place to get some fresh eats. I'd definitely visit often if I was close by but I'm lucky to have a bunch of these types of stores near me already.
