Giving two stars for the new addition to Downtown Visalia. Too many options makes it complicated to get people's orders correct and on a timely manner. If you want a good cinnamon roll make a good one and keep it simple ex: plain, cream cheese, nuts. However you have all these options which I decided to give it a try and ordered the Cinnamon Toast Crunch, however I got graham crackers and it looked a sloppy mess. I had a classic with vanilla frosting which was overly covered and looked poorly made. It took awhile to get my order and the rolls were not baked yet. Also there's no milk to buy for purchase, I suppose since it's a vegan place. A cinnamon roll should be baked with eggs and frosting should have dairy. Location is downtown with seating inside and out. I gave it a try as I like to support new businesses in town. I won't be back, I'd buy a Pillsbury roll and bake my own for probably better taste. read more

Ordered cinnamon rolls (Classic) as well as some strawberry's dipped in chocolate. The strawberry were mushy not firm nor fresh tasted dated. The chocolate they were dipped in tasted like Hershey's milk liquid mix or Nesquik powder. Lacked flavor and texture. The cinnamon roll was hard not soft at all. The frosting was tart even though its supposed to be vanilla flavor. I am glad I got to try to know I shall not return for a next time. Once I stepped in to this establishment I was kindly greeted and was instantly informed about her shop and was given a sample of probably the best soft serve I've ever heard. The VIBE of the shop was AMAZING and the price was even more surprising, I was expecting to break the bank with how amazing the quality the cinnamon rolls were to be honest. But the lady who served me and my partner was super sweet and she even gave my partner a free cup of soft serve for her birthday. Very disappointed. The person taking the order acted like he could care less if he had a job or not. We ordered 4 rolls and 1coffee. We were taking them with us. When we arrived at home, we only had 3 rolls in the bag! We were only charged for 3 but not the ones we ordered. There's an upcharge for the substitution. I think i was charged $1 more. Ridiculous. Not like they put 2 portions of frosting on there ( vanilla plus Philly-nope!). Also purchased choco chip cookie and brownie. Label on cookie shows it has way too many multisyllabic ingredients. It also informs that cinnaholic is a chain from Georgia. The place was clean. Would I return? No. Too pricey with ingredients purporting to be healthful but not. Give me a butter rich roll instead- but not here. If you need a sugar rush, Come get it. It's just not for me.
