Cinnaholic makes vegan cinnamon rolls and opened a location a couple months ago (I'm just now trying it now). They were on shark tank and they make customizable vegan cinnamon rolls taste similar to those at Cinnabon. I ordered the caramel apple pie cinnamon roll and a Baker's box which is where they customize a box of cinnamon rolls for you. For the apple pie cinnamon roll, they were all out of the caramel frosting so I went with the vanilla frosting. For that one, they had real apple chunks, a nut crumble and caramel drizzle on top. For me personally, everything together was really sweet so I removed half the frosting and made sure to have some apple with each bite. I didn't realize how much frosting they gave so next time I'll ask for less if possible. Also, I would suggest including fresh fruit as one of your toppings to balance out how sweet the frosting is. The cinnamon roll itself was really good and I wouldn't have been able to tell the difference if I wasn't the one that bought it. As for the baker's box, they were visually very appealing. Each one had a different frosting and topping and Cinnaholic covered all the bases with regards to flavors. Vegan! are you serious! and I ate four in one day! I really should be ashamed OK let me tell you about the service first, then we will get to the delishesness. Good, fast, efficient, orderly service. Mask and social distancing was in full effect Yes! That's right help me help you stay healthy. I am glad we got there early, we went right in with a couple other people, but we kept the physical distance...however we were social with each other:) At that moment we were one people with one cause and that cause was to buy and eat the perfect bun. They make it so easy for first timers, they have step by step instructions to create the perfect bun. I ordered four, 1 vanilla 1 orange frosting 1 raspberry glaze or syrup or something it was so good! oh and one with almond frosting (if I had it to do again! I would get extra almond frosting with an extra bun:). They were all served to me in a cake box. You could see them prepare the food right in front of you. The smell of fresh baking cinnamon, how sweet it is. Coffee and out side seating is available. I went to lunch at one of the local restaurants that review is coming....I just need to let you I ate my first one while waiting for my appetizer (don't judge me, it smelled so good I had to) oh and I had to use a fork. It made eating a salad so worthwhile! When I got home I ate the orange one for desert, and after getting up out of my coma I at the almond one just to celebrate life it was so good! We were super excited to try this place. The location isn't bad and is super clean inside. However, the warning should have been the sign that said "Fresh baked yesterday"...shouldn't it be fresh baked today? We ordered orginal, cookies n cream, and 2 build your own. The frosting was all melted and overly sweet. The cinnamon bun itself was not great. The buns were hard and stale. They weren't soft and fluffy like Cinnabon. The shop smells as mouthwatering as the rolls taste. Ordering is simple (either online or in person), and the rolls are hot and fresh, ready to go in mere minutes. The rolls aren't too sweet but rich no less. They're the right size for sharing, or keep all to yourself. We indulged in the blueberry roll and a seasonal pumpkin roll. Consider asking for more of the frosting on the side if you want to add more on. The toppings were fresh. I have tried the cream cheese frosting cinnamon bun with strawberries, blueberries, and almonds. It was super yummy and filled me up. We tried the Cookie Monster, Caramel Apple Pie and Blueberry Pie (I think that's what it was called). The Cookie Monster was good to try both their roll and cookie dough, but my favorite was the Blueberry Pie. The reviews that complained that they were sweeter than Cinnabon, probably got toppings which wouldn't be a fair comparison. The roll and icing alone were not as much as Cinnabon's, in my opinion. I would've given them 5 stars except the ordering process was lagging. The cashier manually wrote out what came on each roll (we ordered off the menu and didn't customize), which the staff should already know - I'm hoping this was only because they're relatively new.
