Jason's grandparents have enjoyed their cupcakes before, so expectations were already pretty high... and somehow they still managed to exceed them. Jason requested a carrot cake for his birthday, and all his dad told Smallcakes was, "Carrot cake, golf theme." Smallcakes absolutely understood the assignment. This cake was GORGEOUS. I recommend going earlier for the best selection. The layered, super-unique donut flavors really stand out, and the prices match the artisanal quality. Coffee was good too. You'll see plenty of people walking around downtown with guarded Parlor boxes. After trying it myself, I get why. Highly recommended.
