I tasted strong hot and sour flavors. Just a fragrant broth of lemongrass, galangal, lime leaves, fish sauce. I like mine spicy so she gave me some sate sauce to add. We loved that you can choose your cooking preference -- blackened, broiled, or grilled. We both selected grilled shrimp and mahi mahi with coleslaw and steamed vegetables. Our platters arrived quickly at the table, piping hot and obviously cooked fresh. The hushpuppies were HUGE, flavorful, crunchy on the outside, and soft and bread-like on the inside. The mahi mahi was tender and perfectly cooked -- not overdone at all. The shrimp was seasoned perfectly, and the portions were very generous.
