The thing was I told her I could pay her but because I was traveling to AL and MS states I couldn't bring the meat with me for that many days without spoiling them . I asked her if it would be OK for her to keep my purchase in her shop's freezer until I come back and pick it up later. She happily said yes. I came by Saturday morning and handed her the money and off I went my way and didn't show up to her shop again until Monday afternoon. I never saw my meat literally until I got home late Monday night. To my surprise she had already packed my meat in nice little packages and put them nicely in a box. I went in the store, came out with a box, threw the box in my car and drove home. I then opened the box and tasted the pork, yummy, the drive from Pensacola to Jax was 5 hour long but by the time I got home the meat was still cold. It's so yummy, smells so good like a brand new pork, no smelly smell either as she had packed it so carefully to keep the freshness of the pork in when the meat just came out the oven days ago. I rarely write Yelp reviews but her care and her going beyond her duty to service her customers well is something that should be recognized as I know many Vietnamese owned establishments still lack this basic business principle. She could have just put the pork inside a regular to go tray, put a plastic wrap over it then throw it into her freezer but she went extra steps to use special paper to wrap the meat, plastic wrap it then put them in a nice brown box for us. Such care ensured that our meat is still fresh days later when we first meet our meat. Bravo Dieu.

Aisles are quite narrow and boxes of product are laid out in front of shelving, I assume to be stocked on the shelves, but who knows? Products are not that well organized either. Refrigerators and freezers are placed in different areas of the store as are dry goods and produce. Kind of a scavenger hunt... I'll probably be back. Like I said, staff were nice, and I think prices were fair for the most part.
