Then, there are coolers of Beautiful Frozen meats, speciality meats, exotic meats & sausages all along the walls; "grab & go section." Then, there are two coolers full of hand cut steaks & fresh made sausages, boudin & ground beef. Mr. Riley is from Jacksonville, Miss. He knows his stuff, he's totally legit. His "Signature grind" is my jam. He grinds his "signature grind of tenderloin" more like a 75/25 which makes a very juicy burger. Unlike "Costello's" in Pensacola, he grinds his with Filet, which is a little dryer & "The Butcher shop" in Pensacola is the worst.
