I went on a Saturday morning for a pedicure and was still able to get seated quickly because they have a lot of staff working. The salon was very clean, and I really appreciated how careful they were about sanitation and protecting clients from infections. The technician did an excellent job on my pedicure. She was very thorough and professional. This is hands-down my new go-to spot for pedicures. I didn't try getting my nails done this time, but maybe next visit!

I was tense because I was sure she was going to nick the side of my cuticle. She was pulling/cutting my cuticles so hard and ended up taking a chunk of my thumb cuticle. She did the manicure and forgot the design. When she got up to give me the massage I asked about it and she said it would be an extra $20 and she had to take off the top layers to do it over what she had already done. I told her to forget it. While massaging my shoulders behind me she reached around me for me to switch hands under the lamp and pulled my hair. All that and only got $5 off for the "inconvenience". They told me I could come back another day for the design, I said forget it and left. I've never left a poor review in my life and am generally a very understanding person but this was insane!

Someone recommended this salon and I decided to give it a try. Let me tell you about my experience. The salon is very nice inside. Very clean. The staff was very nice and welcoming. First I got my pedicure. I got a spa pedicure with an extra massage. The massage was so relaxing and it didn't feel rushed. My toes look great. I just got basic pink nails but they're perfect. I wish I remembers the girls name but I don't I'm sorry. Next was my manicure. I had Jessie. I needed to get my old nails taken off and the last salon I went to filed them down so much that they started to hurt. So I told Jessie that my nails were thin and please be careful. She was so careful and went nice and slow so I didn't feel pain. She cleaned up my cuticles so nice. Applied the UV gel very neatly. No bubbles or running over onto my nails. Jessie had another client so Yuki took over. She finished filling them down and I told her I loved how the filed nails looked and she said she could paint them to look like that. They took their time, i didn't feel rushed, offered a nice variety of spa pedicures and my toes never looked better! Fast forward to my first set of nails. I hadn't done my nails in over 2 years due to surgery and was given the clear to finally get them done. I told them not to cut the cuticles and they were really very gentle. No cuts, no crazy filing, and my nails came out great. I just had them done for Christmas and I've never been more happy with a set of nails. Danny was so meticulous and patient.
