Sandy did my manicure, and my first-ever cat eye nails came out absolutely incredible! She was quick, efficient, incredibly patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The shoulder massage at the end was such a nice touch and left me feeling so relaxed. Tammy did my pedicure, and she was also amazing. I tend to get painful ingrown nails, so I'm always nervous, but she was so gentle and made me feel completely comfortable. The massage, hot stones, and warm towels were so relaxing. She even offered me water, other beverages, and a snack, which made the experience feel extra special. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and so happy. Thank you, Sandy and Tammy! I'll definitely be back.

My nails look so clean, precise, and polished. Better than they've ever looked! Amanda explained every step and kept checking in to make sure I liked the shape and color, which I really appreciated. Especially since it was my first time getting russian manicure. The only thing is timing! This took about 3 hours vs my usual 1.5 for builder gel. I don't mind, but I wish I had a heads up, so definitely come prepared and plan your day around it. Also, booking is based on experience level and I chose a more junior tech, which is probably why it took longer. Next time I'd book with a higher master. I did get a small nick while they were cleaning my cuticle on one hand, which made me a little nervous, but they sanitized everything right away. They also started about 20 minutes late, but offered tea and chocolates which was a nice touch along with a gift bag since it was my first time at Yarco. Overall, amazing service and beautiful results. I already booked my next appointment and can't wait to see how they last!

I initially came in with short/ medium nails with two lifted gel and one broken finger. The broken finger had happened the night before and I was unable to adjust my appointment that I had made to let the technician know of the issue. When I arrived, I was asked if I wanted to keep the nail that short but I asked for a single nail extension and was told "I don't do that.". After shortening the rest of my nails so that the initial one did not look too odd in comparison I noticed the issues. All of the nails are different shapes, and sizes. Some are very short while others are far above the nail bed. They range from oval to square to rounded coffin. The gel overlay is inconsistent. There are some nails that are flimsy and bend to the touch while others are rock solid, and some have no gel in the corners that can cause easy lifting. When filing down the original gel, the drill bit burnt my nail. I am used to a little twinge, but this hurt so much, I had to pull my hand away. I was very sad and frustrated with the service I received today. It has made me weary.

A regular client walked in inquiring about a mani the owner must have gave. The staff was not ready to accommodate looked at her and advised her to go to a other saloon. Talk about losing a customer. I don't often get my nails done and I am grateful to how kind and patient Lee was with her recommendations for the nail art. She is super meticulous in all from shaping my nails to noticing the finest details of my inspo photos to checking in with me often if I liked the art that was in progress. He was perhaps a manager of sorts? Anyway, he was getting totally chewed out over the phone by some customer. Obviously I don't know the exact situation, but it's never okay to speak that way to any service provider! Kudos to him for keeping his cool, calmly offering multiple solution options, and ultimately speaking up (still politely) to let the customer know that they needed to tone it down.

I wanted to add on an extra manicure when I get there but I saw it was only 2 people so I ended up only do pedicure. The 2 person greeted us nicely and were able to accommodate my friend's design request. They worked through a bit rush for her and for mine they messed up on the color. I think the lady was helping me couldn't hear/understand me well even I showed her a picture and we followed the exact design for my pedicure. Overall 3.5 stars for first time trying since my design wasn't hard to do at all and I didn't want to asked her to redo bc her next appointment arrived. Excluding from the messed up color, she did a good job on the pedicure itself. The trimming and clean up was okay but she was brushing my heels to get rid of the dead skin but she only did a few scrubs so after the appointment my heels was scratchy even tho it wasn't heavily dry to begin with. She def did not sand down the heels surface. Tbh, they seem a bit under trained since they both don't know where the polish goes. I've been trying a lot of salons and tbh I expected maybe a but too much? :(
