Stopped for brunch and the place was busy- but we found a table and in just a minute a very friendly server came to take our order. We both got coffee... and it was So HOT! My husband gave that a big thumbs up! But seriously it stayed hot for so long that I thought I would be done with my food before I could drink it! The food came out fast .. and again it was good and hot! The reason for the 3 stars is that we were not crazy about the food preparation. My husband got the Hunters Breakfast with steak and eggs and hash browns. The steak was a frozen breaded patty... The hash browns were the best part of the meal along with the sausage gravy that they put over the steak. Hashbrowns are real potatoes and they had a really good flavor to them and the sausage gravy was very yummy. But the way they scrambled the eggs looks like they just poured them in a pan in a very thin layer and let them cook - so they're not fluffy and they're just kind of like a flat piece of paper. I got the bacon egg and cheese sandwich. You are able to choose which kind of bread you would like for your sandwich. I chose a biscuit. If you look at the picture, you can see that the biscuit is about 5 inches thick! The biscuit actually had more of a texture, look and taste of a piece of bread instead of a biscuit. It didn't taste bad it just didn't taste or look like a biscuit. The bacon was good and it tasted like it may have had Velveeta cheese on it but again it just had those really flat scrambled eggs. I ended up cutting the top and bottom of the biscuits in half so I did not have so much bread. The service was good and the coffee and food were hot, but we were just not a fan of the food itself read more

We saw this place as we passed while coming home from the eye doctor, so we decided we would come try it for Breakfast sometime. Glad we did not wait long. We came yesterday morning, and it was a great experience. The food is outstanding, the employee's are very friendly and the pricing is on par, or better, than the other places we frequent. In the heart of Middlefield Ohio there's a little restaurant called Cinda's. From the outside it's nothing special...in an old plaza that looks like it could use an update. But on the inside, you can feel the love from the community and sense that this little restaurant is the go to place among locals. We found a table and sat ourselves and almost immediately our waitress came out of the kitchen with an armful of food for a table and then quickly took our drink orders. She was so friendly and the place was packed. Menus were brought out with the drinks in what seemed like an instant. Our food order was placed, and what felt like 5 minutes, the four of us were served our meals. I bet this young woman has muscles under her little dress and apron because she was carrying everyone's orders out the same. I ordered the Western omelette with rye toast-I love rye. But they have lots of bread options-even raisin bread. Hubby got scrambled eggs, bacon and french toast. My bro in law got a fish sandwich-(walleye) and fries, and my sister got a loaded burger and fries. Her burger looked really good, it had a thin meat patty which is my favorite. We all loved our food, not one complaint Classic food done to perfection. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a local restaurant that isn't a chain. read more

This hidden gem tucked away in a strip mall, was the perfect choice for tasty breakfast. The service was amazing, friendly, and quick! A beautiful summer day means it is a great day to get on the motorcycle and ride, so when I needed to grab some lunch I stopped at Cinda's Restaurant in Middlefield. Located on the corner of a small strip of shops in the middle of town, Cinda's was open for takeout and for dine-in eating; they have closed the counter and half of the tables are marked out, plus the servers are all wearing protective masks. Cinda's is nothing fancy, just a straight forward diner style menu, sandwiches, breakfast all day and some entrees plus a nice display case of desserts and ice cream. I ordered the Walleye sandwich and the sweet potato tots; nothing fancy here just some well prepared food. The Walleye was a large fillet that overflowed the bun, perfectly fried and tasty. The tots were crisp outside and slightly sweet inside, although the portion was smaller then I expected. For dessert I had some of the Perry Ice Cream, which is made in Buffalo, nice creamy base with interesting flavors that are deep and rich; I always enjoy the Perry ice cream when I can find it. I will definitely be back to Cinda's, good affordable straightforward American staples, nothing fancy but not trying to be. If you are out Middlefield way and hungry give them a try or just pick up some ice cream. read more

I stopped in this small cafe several years 6 from what I remember, I was not too impressed. It used to be called "Cindy's " (ownership change). The look on the outside of this place hasn't changed much, but my what an impressive experience I had once inside. Yes, the booths and the furniture look like something out of the 1980s. However, I was promptly greeted and served by a wonderful server, April. I ordered breakfast; eggs, sausage, and hash browns. The food was quickly served hot, tasty, and fresh! What really impressed me is that the staff is determined not to let your coffee cup run dry. I love hot coffee , and the folks here were right on it. The place was busy and I can see why. There are not too many places that you can call a diner in this part of the country, but Cinda's qualifies sans the diner car! If you want a slice of Americana in the Midwest, check this local place out. I will most definitely be back. read more
