When I am ready to purchase I will drive over to this location and buy from them. Very helpful on prices and sizes, let me walk around and look. Told me the advantages of each unit and even gave me a flyer, yep I know anyone can do this, but they really went the extra mile. I was not pressured into trying to buy something, I wasn't told about the deal that ends today and told if I buy tomorrow it will cost more. Not of that garbage. Since I am in Liberty Twp, he even recommend I check on zoning, which I did and this reminded me why I don't like government at times... Money for nothing and taxes for everything. Even just to replace my existing unit a building permit ok, I get that, but if I went bigger than I need a second building permit and to file multiple copies of a building plan... ugh Can't I just email one copy and you send it. Sorry for the rant. These people are the best in the area, come see them if you need a shed or a small garage, or make it into a large playhouse for the kids. They have you covered.

They really need to clean the inside of their vehicles before renting to the next customer! The inside of the vehicle smelled like cigarette smoke and weed. The inside of the windshield, the dashboard, steering wheel, seats and floors were dirty! I get it, there are rental trucks, but one should expect them to be cleaned every once in a while. To top it off, I was not credited for the extra gas I put in the truck beyond what was in it at pick up (1/2 tank of gas and then filled the gas tank up to 3/4 tank before returning, as I wasn't quite sure how much to fill it to get back to 1/2 tank. I asked for a credit and the U-Haul staff at the U-Haul Moving & Storage of Milford, OH location said they could not credit me because they didn't have a button for that. That's not fair or a good customer experience, especially when gas is $5 per gallon and U-haul charges $10+ per gallon if the vehicle is returned with less than what was in the tank at pick up! I doubt anyone at U-Haul will even read this feedback or do anything to make it right. I suppose all I can do is leave this bad review on social media to warn others.

I placed an order with Lowes, received a text saying that it would be delivered on 3/26/26, but…read morenothing arrived by 5:00 pm. I made a phone call to determine where my order was and the person through the call center could NOT have been any less helpful. I took the day off work for the delivery but nothing showed. The call center told me someone would call me within 24 hours to discuss delivery and that it wasn't Lowe's fault that an outside delivery company did accept the pickup order and delivery. How could it not be Lowe's fault when THAT'S WHO I ORDERED IT FROM!!!!!!??????? Next time it's Home Depot for me, that for sure. Horrible customer service and delivery program. But of course they sure charged me for the delivery fee.
