The mower needed a lot of work - carburetor, blades, plugs, and more....expensive and time to repair. But, my mower is like new again, running great! I will use them for routine maintenance from this point forward. My only negative comment is a little bit better communication. I had to call to follow-up on the status. The last call the service manager gave me the details of the issues and costs.
