I love this store. I am a recent widow and clueless about anything I need for home improvements. I never have trouble getting someone to help me. If they aren't able to help they always find someone who can. The retired men working part time are simply amazing. I placed an order with Lowes, received a text saying that it would be delivered on 3/26/26, but nothing arrived by 5:00 pm. I made a phone call to determine where my order was and the person through the call center could NOT have been any less helpful. I took the day off work for the delivery but nothing showed. The call center told me someone would call me within 24 hours to discuss delivery and that it wasn't Lowe's fault that an outside delivery company did accept the pickup order and delivery. How could it not be Lowe's fault when THAT'S WHO I ORDERED IT FROM!!!!!!??????? Next time it's Home Depot for me, that for sure. Horrible customer service and delivery program. But of course they sure charged me for the delivery fee. read more

I have had much better luck at this location than the equidistant location. It is a little bit smaller but the customer service here is much better. I came recently during a special event where customers received gift cards between $5-$500, so it was understandably busy. I received help in several departments before making my choice as to what to use my $100 gift card for! The cashier was also very helpful! Fairly clean and well organized store. read more

Definitely one of (if not) the worst Lowe's store I've ever been to. This was the nearest store from the job I'm doing so I went here to get 20 2x4x16s. I picked out the lumber hoping their employees (who were just talking to each other about their own lives) would notice that I need help but no one even dared asking if I needed help. I shrugged it off and just picked them out myself. By the time I got to the cashier, I asked if they could have someone help me load up the lumber I purchased, and she said "oh sorry, we don't have a loader." Dude, whenever I need help in Lowe's Wilmington, even the sales manager himself will help me load up, and in this store, not even a single soul was willing to help. The second time around, I needed 30 2x4x16s. I saw two associates talking about their own lives, one of them was a forklift operator and they have two stacks of lumber on the forklift. These guys stopped working just so they could talk. I asked them for help and they both had a dismayed look because of my request. Okay, sorry to disturb your conversation. After picking lumber, I thought the guy would help me load up, but he just suddenly disappeared. I'm getting paid by the hour so I need to be quick when I'm just grabbing materials. These guys don't even give a crap about their customers. So much for caring for their "dear valued customers". After I loaded all lumber BY MYSELF, a white man pulls up, returning a sheet of plywood. Suddenly, an associate comes over with a cart to help him. Now, I'm a Filipino so I have brown skin. This makes me think that these guys aren't just lazy, but also horrendously racist. I don't use this Lowe's but stopped in since I was close by to get smooth panel boards cut that we always use for our art projects-as the two men were cutting it I noticed the edges were extremely jagged and asked one of them If the blade was old or missing teeth because I've never had seen such bad borders before (we have over 50 pieces cut of the smooth panel boards). The grumpy man said nope that's how it looks and that's why I don't like cutting these. I said I've never seen such a bad jagged cuts like this. The other guy asked if he should go on. Needing the boards to meet a deadline I said ok. But then looking at how the edges where ripping I stopped them and asked if they could flip the board over to see if it cuts smoother. After an eye roll and sigh he did it and behold there was a "smoother" edge! I was excited and said can I get some new panels recut this way? He said "yeah, go get them yourself and I'll do it again". Came back with more panels and the grumpiest of the two - snapped at me and said "you're going to have to pay for these too!" I replied with "why? You cut them incorrectly." After they made the first correct cut the showed it to me and sarcastically asked "is this to your satisfaction now?" I replied and said "I'm not trying to be a pain here just trying to give us all a learning moment about how to cut these boards-and would you agree this looks way better than the first one?" He said "I don't care how they look I just cut what I'm told and you said to go ahead and continue to cut them". Long story short I bought all the cut pieces and when I got home I read the "instructions on the back panel in how to cut it...guess what? Guess what grumpy men at Lowe's doesn't know how to cut smooth panel boards and obviously doesn't read instructions on how to cut them correctly??? read more

Sales people were friendly and I found a new refrigerator on cell. The problem became delivery and the fact that Lowe's uses SUB- sub-par third-party delivery people. The system they have is awful! When my refrigerator didn't get delivered on the day it was supposed to no one called me to say they weren't coming. The next day when I finally got through to the delivery people, their system is to take everything off the truck that they didn't get delivered and start fresh the next day with new deliveries rather than follow up and finish the ones they ran out of time for. And then I had to reschedule and get in the queue for a new delivery... The whole after sale process was awful. read more

I will never go to this Lowes again. I spent over $8,000 on carpeting for my home. After about 18 months, it started buckling in multiple rooms. Since it was over one year(even though there was a pandemic and I would not allow anyone in my home), they will not do anything about it. Wouldn't even try to restretch it if I paid for it. Worst place I've been to, ask a question as to where something is located and get a huge sigh and eye roll and A response of "I don't know over there somewhere "and then walked off. After finding items over 50 people in line and only 2 registers open. After standing in line 30 minutes told to move to another register only to be stuck in an even longer line. Employees are not practicing social distancing guidelines, good number not wearing face masks and quiet a few that do have them have them on their chin not face. I cannot tell you how disappointed we are in this store !! My husband and I bought a refrigerator , dishwasher, stove , and microwave from the store!!! When they deliver the refrigerator they dented the door and had to order a new door !! Ugh !!!! When they finally came to install the dishwasher, of course the door was was dented and the door would not seal shut . So we had to go back into the store last night to pick out a new dishwasher we found that ALL of our appliances had gone down considerably in price!!! Keep in mind that we still don't have our dishwasher in stalled in our house !!!! The associates were so rude When we ask if we could get the sale price !!!!! The associate even had the nerve to say to us " well sorry!!!!!! it's the luck of the draw if you get damage product or not !!!!!!! I was shocked!!!! We paid well over $3000 for these appliances! I tried to speak with the store manager Fausto Fuentes !!!! Who could have cared less what I was saying !! He was rude ... This transaction has been a complete fiasco!!! My husband and I will tell everyone we know about the bad experience that we had at Lowes store # 1664 on Romar Dr in Milford Oh. They have a good selection. The staff is particularly friendly and will bend over backwards to help and accommodate your needs. They offer a price match +10% and they are very good about honoring it. Always helpful and friendly. I'm glad to have Lowe's in the Milford community. One thing I hate about these types of stores is that you either have to choose a parking spot where you'll be able to get into the building quickly, or get back to your car quickly. I am not sure why they can't provide a solution similar to Walmart or another big box store where you can choose the exit you go out after your pay at the checkout. This isn't the fault of this store, but maybe someone from Corporate Lowe's will read this one day! We have Home Depot and Lowe's within a couple miles of our house, and I always seem to choose Lowe's first. I think the store is cleaner, better organized and the staff is friendlier. read more

I stopped here yesterday when I was looking to stain my deck. I didn't stay long I went to the competition first and I must say Lowe's let me down this time. They didn't have any sample color to take home for the stain and the whole 30 minutes we were there no one came up to help us. I also noticed that they didn't seem to have as high of quality things as the competition has. I have been in the home improvement business for years and need to vent a moment. When visiting this location, it is quite apparent that the employee working the tool area is not familiar with his stock or even the usage for the tools. To make matters worse, the accessories for the tools they sell are limited to heavy commercial usage, rather than to the residential home owner. I was not pleased that I had to track down an employee, for assistance, especially when i could count the number of customers in the store, on one hand. read more

I'm Lowe's loyal after the service I received this past holiday season. My husband and I ran into a problem with a product (Christmas decoration) we purchased LAST Christmas. Needless to say, we didn't have a receipt after this amount of time. The manager, Andy, was extremely friendly and accommodating and treated us fairly. I wish I could say this place was great as it is close to my home. However, my husband and I tried to buy carpeting there last night and it was a terrible experience. It seemed that we were a bother to the people working there. We had done our research and asked for a specific brand we had found online (and was available in the store). The man in flooring was rude and told us where to look for the "cheap" carpet as he put it. The second person told us they didn't work in flooring, and really did t l ow if he could help. We left and went to the Lowes in Mason--where we bought carpet and had it in the truck in under 30 minutes. read more

This is the most screwed up store I have ever seen. First I tried to use a coupon on line but their screwed up website wouldn't take it. I had to make a trip to the store. Then after waiting for weeks, I finally call. The order is sitting there waiting when it was supposed to be shipped to my home. (I found this out after talking to 3 different people trying to locate my order.) They call this morning to say it will be out between 1 and 3. 4:30 no delivery. I call them. Again, they can't find my order. Then the idiot on the phone says they tried to call you but had the wrong number..Funny I tell him. They had my number this morning to tell me they would be out. Then he changes the story, they didn't have my correct address. Funny I tell him. You were just out here a month and 1/2 ago to deliver a washer. Finally he says they'll deliver it tomorrow. Went online to lowe's to get a table saw paid for the saw went and picked it up next evening they bring the saw out box was open should have been a red flag I know but I trust lowe's get home take it out it was not a new saw missing things no manaul and some other parts call up to lowe's ask why I was given a used saw when I paid for new manager tells me that she checked and everything was in the box but the Manaul and that means she knew it was used when she sent it out she tells me that eveything was in the box she had it checked so she is calling me a liar WOW want to make me mad Call me a Liar so I called her out on the fact that she knew that the saw was Used and she said no I did not kept saying you can bring it back well thats all fine and good but being diabled its not so easy to do will be the last time I ever shop Lowe's read more

Horrible customer service. I bought a water heater from them on a Monday, to be installed on Tuesday. Installer comes out late and says he can't install my water heater because it's an inch taller than my old one (I felt he was trying to get out of doing my install) but could have easily went to Lowe's and swapped it out so me and my family could have hot water. Complained to Lowe's and they didn't seem to care and just offered to refund my money. A real company would have done whatever it took to get their customer hot water in a situation like this. If your a big box shopper, go to Home Depot instead of this place. read more

This is the best Lowe's we've ever been to! Being new to Cincy and renovating our home, we are at Lowe's almost every weekend. I bought some bags of salt for my softener there . I use to be a great customer but obviously when it come to helping a handicapped person out forget it !!! They helped me in the store but once I got out there and told the clerk twice and I waited and waited . Finally two customers helped me out . I'll never be back !!!! read more

We have had several issues with the staff at this location. They are lazy and unknowledgeable. Today we went to get deck stain and it took forever for us to get assistance and then when we did get our paint it was covered in white paint from the mixer. We asked the man if he would wipe it off for us and he gave us a paper towel and some solution to wipe it off ourselves. The stain was not labeled on the top so we had to ask him to open the can to make sure it was the correct color. If you have the option I would go to a different location and save yourself the headache. read more

Bought hardwood flooring and a front door in November 2017...my flooring was torn out mid November 2017...job was not completed until end of March 2018!! Lowe's did a nice job helping me pick out the product and taking my money. After that it was almost comical at the lake of customer service. The worst experience I have ever had with any project. The return policy is great at Lowe's. All of the staff are helpful and friendly. I like Lowe's better than Home Depot.
