This salon was open on a Sunday. That was the biggest draw it had for me. I called ahead to see what their price was and they said $30 even. I thought to myself, "Eh, I'll splurge the extra $2 for a full set of acrylic nails with white tips and get decent service on a Sunday." When I got there, it was very busy, but the manicurists took the time to say hello and say they will get to me soon. I waited, and waited. I was thinking to myself, "This better be worth it to take a chunk of time out of my busy schedule to get my nails done." I let the long wait slide because it was pre-Valentine's Day weekend. Understandably, many women wanted to look good for their special moment with a significant other or in general. I was finally told to sit at Frank's table. He seemed very efficient and quick. I was actually looking forward to having my full set of acrylic nails done by him. Soon, I realized I was in for a let down. He put in my tips a bit too close to my natural nail line. I wanted the white tips to last a bit longer while the nails grew out. That was let down #1. The second one came soon: he nicked my cuticle with his tool and that made me uncomfortable with how carelessly he swept the tool over my nails. Sure enough the chemical solutions they put on to prevent fungus and such stung pretty badly. It soon went away to my relief. The biggest let down was when I was about done....the price. They added a bunch of strange prices on top of the $30 standard price. I was so disappointed and disillusioned at that point, I just wanted to get out quickly. I paid $37.50 in total for a measly set of acrylic nails done by a guy who wanted to hurry and get through his day. Needless to say, I'm never coming back to this salon again. I'm already on the hunt on Yelp for another one. One that I would prefer to not make me wait a long time, nick my cuticles with a scary looking tool and rip me off all at the same time. I have had good experiences with this place. Usually don't have to wait long to get right in. They have updated with new chairs so not a problem like other reviews said. I have had 2 different women do my pedicures and manicures. Always do a great job with both. My toenails grow into my big toe. They always spend extra time to dig them out. Always work with me cause I have knee issues to make me comfortable. Even touched up a toenail that I smeared while getting in the chair for the manicure. Actually got on the floor to do this when she didn't have to. Haven't had but one of the men do my nails but he was fine too. He even stayed late with me one night to finish up after they were closed. I would highly recommend this place. read more

I have always had a good experience here. I usually go on a week night so that I can get some extra attention. I went for a pink and white fill in. The nail tech was very friendly, courteous and she talked to me during my session. I find the people that work here to go the extra mile in customer service. My nails turned out great. I will go back again I often go with a picture of what I want and they never disappoint. They have a variety of polish colors and are very skilled with designs. I often tell them to surprise me on their design. I think they enjoy being creative. I especially ask for the creating with nail art for my toes. For those who like to get the pink and white. Understand that it takes longer to do. So, plan ahead and go on a week day the pink and white cost a little more but it is so with it if your are looking for a French manicure that does not chip. And while you are at it ask or gel polish to finish the look it cost $5 more. read more

Just got my nails done last night around 7pm and at around 10:30 my nail popped off. Not even 4 hours later and they're popping off. I paid 70 dollars and I definitely don't think they're work all of what I paid for. To top it off it's gel polish and a design so there's no reason. The worst nails I've ever had. A solid place to get your nails done without an appointment when the other places are not open. Took my girlfriend here on a Sunday afternoon to get a manicure and she was happy with the results and I was happy with the price (around $15). We both won. read more

I'll start with the pros: They are open on Sunday until 6. Now for the cons. The place is filthy. The chairs were so gross I did not want to sit on them. My manicure was done at a table where nothing was put down on it first like a cloth or even a paper towel and you could feel the grit from other people's fingernails on the top of the slab. The guy who did my nails was on his phone for at least half the time. It was one of the worst manicures I've ever had. With polish all over my cuticles and even on the side of my finger. I did not have my glasses on at the time to notice. The pedicure was even worse. It was done by a guy who was watching the football game through the whole thing. He would actually stop my pedicure to watch the play on the TV. And that's another thing a nail salon is supposed to be a relaxing place. The primary customers are women. Yet they had three TVs on with football games.I felt like I was in a sports bar. When he wasn't watching TV he was having a conversation with the nail technician next to him about what women like sexually. My mani and pedi was just a few cents shy of $70. I live in one of the most expensive areas in the country and have never paid that much for a Mani and a pedi without expensive add-ons. Do yourself a favor. Do not go here! read more

When I walked in I wasn't greeted immediately (there were no lines) then I was asked to pick a color; they barely had any colors to choose from (small selection) then I asked are there anymore colors ? Which the lady responded "that's all we got" she began doing my nails, applied a thin layer of acrylic which resulted in 2 of my nails breaking off 5-6 days later. (This shouldn't happen) then she didn't ask if I wanted them trimmed down or anything, she didn't buff underneath my nail (sometimes food/dirt etc gets under then) she asked me to wash my hands she applied the polish (which surging 2-3 started chipping off/fading) I'd never gone here before I just went because I didn't want to drive all the way to KY like I normally do. (No I regret that) this place needs better Neil techs or just shut down period. She was done with my nails within 15-20 minutes (I felt like it was rushed, resulting in my nails breaking etc) I asked her if she could design initials on my ring finger nail, her response was "sometimes I can do it right on one nail but then I mess up on the other" um this is a nail salon how don't you know how to do a design/letters. This man did my nails and just horrible: shaped my nails crookedly, shaved down my nails because he assumed I wanted a acrylic manicure when I specifically said just a regular mani, cut too much skin, didn't clean nail polish off my skin, even SPLASHED NAIL POLISH ON MY FACE, just horribly messy and rude. read more

I'm someone that always gets my nails done and thought I would try to het my nails filled while I was at the mall horrible service horrible job kept pointing out things that were wrong and asking them to be fixed but no solution also the tech was very fast with all the work that she did and even cut my finger with the tools and I started bleeding.
