Every time we come to Cabo, Cilantros is at the top of our list....and for good reason. We've been here 4-5 times now, and it just keeps getting better. The oceanfront view is stunning, especially at sunset. It adds such a relaxing, beautiful atmosphere to the meal. The food is next-level. Favorites include the Crab Cakes, Stuffed Chili California Style, the creamy Clam Soup, and their Any Style Shrimp Main Course. Everything is so flavorful and perfectly cooked. The wine selection is also great and pairs beautifully with the menu. Shoutout to Raul, our server. He was absolutely wonderful. Attentive, warm, and made our evening feel extra special. 10/10 highly recommend.

THIS is what I got when I mentioned the lack of potatoes! Class Act!!

This was one of the restaurants at Puerto Bonito Blanco, a sister resort right next door...so we checked them out. To start on a positive note, their patio scene was LUSH! Possibly one of the best view of the Medano Beach on the strip. Sadly, their foods were very disappointing. First I tried their seafood chowder, and it was very mediocre in both taste and presentation. Also, I ordered their Cilanto's Chicken, and they brought it out to me without the potatoes...an item that was clearly listed on the menu! I tried to get the waiter's attention for 10 minutes, but he simply would not give eye contact. It was somewhat funny...in that he walked back and forth like 5-6 times, yet never looking in our direction. So after a good 10 minutes, I managed to WAVE to get his attention...then brought up the lack of potatoes to my main dish. As it goes, he returned 5 minutes later with a plastic carton, with a scoop of potatoes in it...without an apology, or anything. OMG?!? BTW, the Cilanto's Chicken was completely bland...flavorless. My husband tried their Caesar Salad, and was underwhelmed as well. Possibly THE worst foods and service from any of the restaurants we tried at Cabo. I'd rate 1 star for the foods and service...but thanks to its lush patio scene, I'll drop 2 stars.

The food are fantastic. Beach front dining is a must when you're here in Cabo. Our waiters/waitresses are phenomenally awesome. However, we might need some work on the hostess, she's a character.

5/2023 - 4 day stay in Cabo and this is one of the places you must visit. All outdoor seating is next to a beautiful beach with a view if the Pacific. Highly recommend: Seafood enchilada Skirt steak Poke tuna appetizer with fried wonton skins Angus burger with bacon If your staying at any of the Pueblo Bonita hotels or villas this restaurant is all inclusive. Unfortunately we went here on our last day and I could not reorder my favorite dishes Words can not describe how beautiful the view is from any seat for this outdoor restaurant.

Food was exceptional. Chef Angel and his kitchen staff are on top of their game. Food was prepared to order, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. Each dish was presented as we finished each course. They had an opened kitchen where you could see the chef prepare the food which to me is the greatest concept for fine dining (thanks Barbara Lazaroff...Wolfgang Pucks ex-wife...for inventing the concept). Chef came to our table to be introduced and we complimented him. Our waiter Mario was excellent. He knew the menu, friendly, attention to detail, observant, and all around nice. The general manager, Javier was very personable, came to our table to make sure we were taken care of. This is my second trip to Cabo and this restaurant is by far one of the best. The view of the beach was exceptional and the decor of the restaurant was Greek-like with the blue and white large ceramic urns, white pillars, white tables& chairs ...very clean. I highly recommend it.

Love the atmosphere. It's very relaxing and close to the beach. You can hear the waves. The staff were very attentive. The Pueblo bonito burger was very delicious - even the skinny fries were tasty. I definitely recommend.

This restaurant is located near the beach . The food is tasty, good portion. The cons is it took forever to had our food but the manger came to the rescousse. It, à seafood restaurant, good drink

This restaurant was good. Not the best. But it had some good dishes. My rib eye was OK. The appetizers were delicious! My husband loved his seafood soup. Staff here was really friendly. Best part about this restaurant is heating ocean waves at night while having dinner. (Or you can enjoy the scenery during the day) Everyone LOVED the crab cakes the most, and claim chowder.

Lunch - chicken soup with peas I added the accompaniments.

What can I say other than typical mediocre overpriced hotel restaurant albeit with a beautiful view. Although I had a very nice lunch here the dinner I will not be coming back for! Small portions, mediocre food and high prices! Just say no and do not consider it unless you're here on an all-inclusive package then you're kind of stuck, but I would recommend going next door to the Rose for food at least for dinner. If I was on a a la carte plan I would be going into town for wonderful meals!

The waitor was attentive and he brought out complimentary dessert for the table following our meal. You've got a tree growing in the middle of the restaurant, are there going to be some bugs in an open air restaurant, hell yes there is. But who cares, you're in Cabo on vacation, and you just took a scorpion shot at the cantina next door. 10/10 Recommend!

The evening we dined here it was raining, and while that is normally not significant, Roasted is partially open-air with the middle of the restaurant having no cover, so the rain was pouring in and effectively closed 60% of the place. When we arrived, the hostess and owner were apologetic and offered to rebook us, but we aren't quitters and a little rain does hurt us...but they also had a table near the entrance that was covered, so we decided to take it and enjoy our evening. Best decision ever! We started our evening off with a few cocktails paired with shrimp ceviche, queso fundido with chorizo, guacamole and an assortment of salsas. Once we ate through all this goodness, we tossed in our main courses of short rib, octopus, imperial shrimp and tampequena's. Finally we rounded out our meal with a few desserts consisting of cheesecake, chocolate flan and key lime pie! Everything was cooked to perfection, plated beautifully and absolutely delectable from first to last bite! The tampequena was my order and consisted of flank steak sided with a chile relleno and quesadilla...all of my favorite things as one meal? Sign me up! The desserts were delightful with all of us non-flan people being converted after trying the chocolate flan! Ownership put the desserts and a round of tequila shots on the house due to rain, which is more than they had to do. We were beyond thankful and appreciative. Service was phenomenal as well. Our server, the hostess, owner and food runners were all engaged, friendly and helpful. The space itself is absolutely gorgeous! The lit tree in the middle of the restaurant is a centerpiece and a perfect anchor to the decor and vibe. Overall, Roasted was one of the best dining experiences we have had in a long time, and definitely the best one we had while in Cabo. Do yourself a favor and come here! We definitely know we will be back!

The restaurant was packed with locals when we went -- always a great sign. Cash only, so come prepared. What We Ordered Chocolate Clams (Cooked) You can choose raw or cooked -- I went with cooked and it was delicious. Very fresh, no fishy smell at all. One thing to note: every seafood dish comes topped with garlic. I'm not a fan of garlic and didn't know ahead of time, so I rinsed it off with hot water -- still amazing. Calamari Fresh, tender, and very well cooked. Seafood Special Combination Fish and squid were excellent. Lobster and shrimp were okay, nothing too special compared to the others. Price & Value The prices here are unbelievably cheap. * 6 chocolate clams = 285 pesos * Waldorf restaurant: 2 clams for $48 USD * Another place we tried: 2 clams for 340 pesos After eating around Cabo, this place clearly stood out for both quality and price. We couldn't even finish everything and packed leftovers back to the hotel. Total bill for all dishes: around $100 USD -- incredible. Overall Huge portions, super fresh seafood, local vibes, and unbeatable value. If you're anywhere near Cabo San Lucas, this spot is a must-visit.

I should have written down what kind of chips they buy, because they were tasty. Very crunchy and really nice corn and toasty flavor. Frozen margarita had really good flavor too. For the mango one, it had mango puree for a base, which I think was much nicer than just flavored water. Garlic grilled shrimp plate was tasty. Shrimp enchilada was ok, but not really what I was expecting. Guess we've been eating Americanized enchiladas this whole time. This dish was a warmed tortilla topped with small shrimp, tomato, and bell peppers.

Beautiful atmosphere with lights, plenty of tables, and clean bathrooms. The seafood is so fresh! The dinner plates cakes with a side of rice and steamed mixed vegetables. Everything was so fresh, delicious, tender, and so flavorful. As a group, we couldn't come to a consensus on what each of our favorite dish was. We each had our own favorite. Crab meat was sweet, garlic shrimp was buttery, grilled octopus was so tender, aguichiles was so citrusy... I can go on and on. Ask for fresh tortillas. Also don't skip their margarita. Strong, citrusy, and generous serving. They accept USD or pesos. Also strolling musicians will come by your table asking to play a song. Some will tell you the price up front others will expect a tip at the end.
