This is the best breakfast in Cabo!! From the best food, right on the beach and the service is great! The prices and great as well. I come here every trip and it is always the best food I have the whole trip!

Bar Sur is such a delightful experience. It's a lovely mood with excellent and fast service. I enjoyed the octupus. I'm knocking off a point because I ordered potatoes that never came.

4 stars- I rate this amazing restaurant as such because to obtain a 5 (in my opinion means perfection. They were close! My wife and I arrived in Cabo 12/1, we made it to SUR shortly thereafter. We were excited with anticipation to find out that on Thursdays, they serve Paella. We waited all week, when Thursday came...the Paellla was cancelled! Things like this happen. How could they have bounced back? By doing something to compensate (they did, I'll get to that). The drinks, the food and the setting all amazing. We had: 1- Enchilladas verde with eggs. Spectacular. 2- Bloody Mary, margarita, and more (I forgot!). All good. My only complaint is that the alcohol in Mexico was noticeably weaker than back home (LA). 3- Wine (chardonnay) bottle service. Good. 4- Nachos. Amazing. 5- Sushi (Tiger roll). Very good! 6- Caesar salad. It had a unique flare. It wasn't amazing but not bad at all! All of the above was $170 USD. The service was top notch. Antonio was very helpful, polite and personable. We sat out on the beach in shade (umbrella). Walking vendors can not pass a nearby rope so although they are present they are not overbearing. This place is a must visit. I hope that next time I'm in Cabo, on a Thursday, they have the Paella.

Dining at a table near the bar. Beautiful view.

I had a really wonderful experience at Bar Sur. I had the most delicious shrimp in cream sauce with pasta. I also had grapefruit with vodka and it was also really tasty. The prices were much more reasonable than my hotel next-door, Me Cabo. However, I did get a virus after eating here. Within a couple of hours I had an upset stomach and as a result I had to extend my trip a full day so that I could recover before traveling to the airport. So I can't recommend the restaurant. But the service was unbelievable, the experience is really wonderful, they gave me time to enjoy my drink without rushing me. Overall, it was a great experience while I was there. But I'm still sick now that I'm home and if I had to do over of course I wouldn't go.

The food is visually stunning. The service was perfect and the views aren't bad either. It is a beautiful place for dinner. We had the beet salad, crab cakes, octopus and several other dishes. It was all delicious!

This beach club has been open for 3 months, but you'd never be able to tell because they really have everything dialed already. The food is incredible as well as the service & of course the view is incredible right on the beach of the arch. Came here for breakfast and it was a bit chilly, our server offered us cozy ponchos to keep warm, how sweet! They served the milk with our coffee warm & gave us some toast with homemade pineapple and strawberry jam. My chilaquiles were the best I've ever had, with fresh cheese & cilantro & tons of shredded chicken. I will definitely be coming back here on my next trip to Cabo!

What a great spot to eat and relax on Playa El Medano. We stayed at the ME Cabo so this was not apart of our hotel, but was right next door on the sand. We hit the more popular beach spots, but this place was surprisingly not that busy, very classy, excellently priced, and delicious. The service was top notch and the live band playing classic rock from 6-10pm was a great touch. Location- 5/5 Food- 5/5 Service- 5/5 Ambiance- 5/5

Beautiful beach front location. We were a party of 6 adults and 3 kids. Predominantly Seafood menu but all excellent. Kids menu had the basics which kept our kids satisfied. We were there 6pm December 26th so it was a little chilly and slightly windy. The restaurant provides fleece blanket / ponchos which made all of us very very comfortable as there is no "indoor" seating. Great place highly recommended

Great restaurant, overall excellent service and delicious food. Our waiter did a great job recommending wine with my entree which complimented the seafood pasta. He was very knowledgeable and super friendly. Bar Sur exceeded our expectations and then some. Will be coming back on our next vacation to Cabo! One last thing, right on the ocean, and ambiance was pretty relaxed. Decor and music made me feel like I was in another country, like Spain.

The evening we dined here it was raining, and while that is normally not significant, Roasted is partially open-air with the middle of the restaurant having no cover, so the rain was pouring in and effectively closed 60% of the place. When we arrived, the hostess and owner were apologetic and offered to rebook us, but we aren't quitters and a little rain does hurt us...but they also had a table near the entrance that was covered, so we decided to take it and enjoy our evening. Best decision ever! We started our evening off with a few cocktails paired with shrimp ceviche, queso fundido with chorizo, guacamole and an assortment of salsas. Once we ate through all this goodness, we tossed in our main courses of short rib, octopus, imperial shrimp and tampequena's. Finally we rounded out our meal with a few desserts consisting of cheesecake, chocolate flan and key lime pie! Everything was cooked to perfection, plated beautifully and absolutely delectable from first to last bite! The tampequena was my order and consisted of flank steak sided with a chile relleno and quesadilla...all of my favorite things as one meal? Sign me up! The desserts were delightful with all of us non-flan people being converted after trying the chocolate flan! Ownership put the desserts and a round of tequila shots on the house due to rain, which is more than they had to do. We were beyond thankful and appreciative. Service was phenomenal as well. Our server, the hostess, owner and food runners were all engaged, friendly and helpful. The space itself is absolutely gorgeous! The lit tree in the middle of the restaurant is a centerpiece and a perfect anchor to the decor and vibe. Overall, Roasted was one of the best dining experiences we have had in a long time, and definitely the best one we had while in Cabo. Do yourself a favor and come here! We definitely know we will be back!

The restaurant was packed with locals when we went -- always a great sign. Cash only, so come prepared. What We Ordered Chocolate Clams (Cooked) You can choose raw or cooked -- I went with cooked and it was delicious. Very fresh, no fishy smell at all. One thing to note: every seafood dish comes topped with garlic. I'm not a fan of garlic and didn't know ahead of time, so I rinsed it off with hot water -- still amazing. Calamari Fresh, tender, and very well cooked. Seafood Special Combination Fish and squid were excellent. Lobster and shrimp were okay, nothing too special compared to the others. Price & Value The prices here are unbelievably cheap. * 6 chocolate clams = 285 pesos * Waldorf restaurant: 2 clams for $48 USD * Another place we tried: 2 clams for 340 pesos After eating around Cabo, this place clearly stood out for both quality and price. We couldn't even finish everything and packed leftovers back to the hotel. Total bill for all dishes: around $100 USD -- incredible. Overall Huge portions, super fresh seafood, local vibes, and unbeatable value. If you're anywhere near Cabo San Lucas, this spot is a must-visit.

I should have written down what kind of chips they buy, because they were tasty. Very crunchy and really nice corn and toasty flavor. Frozen margarita had really good flavor too. For the mango one, it had mango puree for a base, which I think was much nicer than just flavored water. Garlic grilled shrimp plate was tasty. Shrimp enchilada was ok, but not really what I was expecting. Guess we've been eating Americanized enchiladas this whole time. This dish was a warmed tortilla topped with small shrimp, tomato, and bell peppers.

Then the tacos arrived, and that's when things got serious. These weren't tidy little tacos meant for polite company. No sir. These were the kind where the juice runs down your hands and you stop worrying about manners because flavor has taken command of the ship.
