This place is great location, right on the Mariana. But it has definitely lost its touch over the years. My family went there ( 7 of us) and I was the only who enjoyed my food. I ordered a plain cheese quesadilla and it was DELICOIUS. My hubs and mom ordered the fish tacos and were disappointed. The service was good and you can't beat the views. I will give it another chance next year, but they are busy so maybe it was a one off situation.

Recommended by the bookie on our cruise since we were looking for good ceviche, and this was the closest solid spot he suggested. The ambiance was great, with a live band playing while we dined. They were very accommodating to our baby and provided a high chair, which we really appreciated. We ordered the mixed ceviche, tuna tostada, and breaded shrimp entrée, everything was delicious. We also ordered a michelada, and it was absolutely on point.

The food here is great. They have such a wide variety of food you can choose from the service is top-notch. The ambience is nice look back and there's the marina with all the boats and yachts.

Always on a mission to eat at as many different restaurants as possible while in Cabo. Captain Tony's has never been on my wish list. Last night in Cabo and didn't want to walk or cab anywhere so we did the easy thing and came here. So glad we did. The view is right on the marina , the service may was amazing and the tuna platter 4 ways was amazing ! We will be back in October!

"A Gem on the Cabo San Lucas Marina!" Captain Tony's is Nestled right by the water, this restaurant offers a cozy, family oriented, super chill vibe, perfect for a casual breakfast, lunch, dinner or just drinks and appetizers. We started off with some freshly made guacamole in a large molcajete, shrimp nachos and the guys ordered a bucket of beer which came with chips with green and red salsa. My pina colada and margarita with Don Julio hit the spot! Everything tasted soooo good and it was made fresh! They even have wood fired pizzas made to order. The service was just as impressive as the food. Our server Sandra and her assistant were friendly, attentive, and quick to offer great recommendations from both the menu and the drink list. The staff clearly takes pride in making their customers feel welcome. With the marina as a backdrop, the views made the experience even more special. Watching the boats sway away while enjoying tasty food was unforgettable. Captain Tony's is a must-visit if you're in Cabo, whether for the fresh seafood, excellent service, or stunning location. I'll definitely be returning on my Next vacation :)

Fun environment but tons of bees and boardwalk venders hollering at you while you eat. Decent service but kinda small so if you go when one of the cruise ships docks you might have to wait a decent amount of time.

Captain Tony's Restaurant & Bar, nestled in the heart of Cabo San Lucas' marina, offers a vibrant and festive atmosphere that enhances the dining experience. The live preparation of fresh guacamole at your table, using a traditional mortar and pestle, adds an authentic touch to the meal. During our visit, my wife enjoyed the grilled shrimp tacos, I opted for the battered shrimp tacos, and our son chose the chimichanga burrito. Each dish was flavorful and satisfying, reflecting the quality of the seafood and the skill in preparation. As residents of Central California with access to excellent Mexican cuisine, we were pleased to find that Captain Tony's met our high expectations. While the prices are on the higher side, likely due to the restaurant's prime location in a tourist area, the quality of the food and the enjoyable ambiance make it a worthwhile experience. For those seeking more budget-friendly options, exploring eateries a few blocks away from the main tourist paths might be beneficial. Overall, Captain Tony's delivers a commendable dining experience with its fresh ingredients, engaging atmosphere, and attentive service. It's a spot worth visiting for both locals and tourists seeking quality Mexican seafood dishes in Cabo San Lucas. PLEASE CHECK OUT MY PROFILE ACTIVITIES FOR REVIEWS OF OTHER BUSINESSES IN CABO SAN LUCAS AND ENSENADA--HOPEFULLY, I CAN GIVE YOU SOME DECENT GUIDANCE, AND BY THE WAY, YOU SHOULDN'T BE PAYING MORE THAN ABOUT 50'ISH PESOS FOR AN ASADA TACO!

We got in late and found Tony's near our hotel for a quick bit to eat . Great restaurant on the marina for people watching . Live band and great food . We had tacos and ceviche both fresh and delicious. Staff was friendly, attentive and always with a smile . Great place .

Homemade guac, chips and various salsas. Blue Hawaii and a horny gorilla drink.

Homeland guac at your table. Excellent preparation and taste! Crowded which tells you it's a must go to! Servers are friendly and there's even a local artist that sketches you at your table. The mariachi band is a nice touch as well!

Chilaquiles divorciados with chicken
Cindy T.

Cabo I was looking desperately for a God honest good breakfast of Chilaquiles. This place did not disappoint? I had Chilaquiles Divordiados.. which means they have green and red salsa. I also added my chicken for protein. It was good with the chicken but in retrospect I would have ordered them with eggs instead of the chicken, just because I didn't care for the chicken already being prepared with onion & peppers By the way, they do have an expensive menu or just an option and drinks. it's located in the marina. You can park in the hotel that is next by the marina. You have to pay a fee to park there, depending on the length of time but is very handy... just walking distance, The service is great and it's open area with a good breeze

Came in here on a whim while walking the Marina in Cabo San Lucas, mostly because it was kind of crowded. The food was ok, but the ambiance was great!! Located right on the Marina with great views!! Is this place touristy? Yes, most definitely, as are most places along the Marina. There's a bar in the middle of the restaurant, and the live music was just ending as we walked in. The food came rather quickly, I don't remember what type of fish I ordered, and I ordered the toppings on the side just to make sure cause they mix everything together. It was ok, the portions were a bit small though. All in all, a good experience here!!

I'll tell you right now if you're anywhere near Cabo and you skip Los Tres Gallos, you messed up…read more This place sits right in downtown but once you walk inside boom beautiful courtyard, lights hanging everywhere, and a mariachi band that doesn't just play music... they attack your table with joy. I'm talking the kind of band that makes you want to order another margarita just so you can clap along like you suddenly grew up in Guadalajara. And the food? Real-deal Mexican classics mole, enchiladas, chile rellenos big flavors coming out of a kitchen that knows what it's doing. Now let's talk about the chips and salsa, because I didn't come here to play games. Some restaurants give you chips like they're doing you a favor three chips and a little salsa like it's a museum sample. Not here. These chips show up ready to party. Crunchy, warm, and the salsa hits you like, "Hola amigo, welcome to flavor." Add the incredible service and that mariachi band floating through the courtyard and suddenly dinner turns into a whole event. Honestly, this place was one of the highlights of my Cabo trip and my socks? Yeah... they're still somewhere on the floor from those chips and salsa.

But that was the end of the positive things as a swarm of flies quickly came to eat the food. Trying to swat them away helped a bit but there was way too many of them. I eventually flagged a waiter down, and he shrugged at the flies. A minute later some candle flame thing came out saying that it will help with the flies but already that was too late as flies were all over the food and I lost my appetite at that point. It was disgusting. I just got up and left. Went to cashier to pay my bill. The cashier also shrugged at my fly incident, and I asked how much it was going to be. Full price. No consideration about bad operating environment and since they knew about the fly issue they didnt setup before food was served to control it better. Even after bringing it up again in detail, she shrugged again. No sorry or anything, just a brush off. Then to make it even worse she asked if I wanted to tip the service. I was in there for a few minutes, staff didnt help quickly or even pre-empt the fly issue, and I'm being asked to pay full price. Sorry but no thanks. How did this place get on the Michelin list? Service poor. Environment poor. Zero or negative star rating for me.

The views are stunning and since we arrived on a cruise ship and were treated to views of our ship from the table. The restaurant is beautiful. Cannot do it justice by trying to describe how beautiful the restaurant and the property as a whole is. Suffice it to say . . . Stunning! Service was impeccable our servers Ohnel and Arturo did not miss a beat. This is definitely a cannot miss destination and will be my definite stop every time I return to Cabo I felt the prices were very fair especially for such a high end restaurant and the food was exceptionally fresh. From the fresh catch of the day to the Shrimp Diabla (Camarones Diabla. The sauce was decadent Now you must try the guac. They prepare it table side and not only is it a site the behold but the flavors are to die for This was my first time in Cabo and certainly will not be my last. Did a lot of research on local high end restaurants (The Office, Sunset Mona Lisa El Farallon) Tried this and one of the others which was great and will review shortly but to be honest. When you factor in location, ambiance food etc. I will have to give this the edge. It really made my trip to Cabo worth it and it is where we settled to dine for my birthday. I simply cannot believe it took me so long to visit Cabo I have done it a disservice as I frequent the Eastern side of Mexico but now I know I have already booked my return trip And to my Mexican Familia at Hacienda Cocina: Gracias por hacer que nuestra visita fuera tan memorable. Proper Mexican mole the kind built from dried chiles, nuts, seeds, and even a whisper of chocolate thick, dark, mysterious stuff that tastes like it took a committee of grandmothers three days to invent. I took one bite and nearly wrote home about it. Rich, smoky, a little sweet... the sort of sauce that makes a man pause mid-chew and reconsider every sauce he has ever trusted before. Then the tacos arrived, and that's when things got serious. These weren't tidy little tacos meant for polite company. No sir. These were the kind where the juice runs down your hands and you stop worrying about manners because flavor has taken command of the ship. La Lupita is known around Cabo for its creative tacos and massive mezcal selection, and judging by the crowd and the music humming through the place, folks already know the secret. The staff goes the extra mile with every little detail, and before long you realize you didn't just stop for tacos you discovered a whole new method of happiness, served on a tortilla.

The place itself does not have a high-end vibe or atmosphere, so the pricing just didn't match the experience at all. The service was nice, I'll give them that, but the food did not justify the cost. I've had way better tacos for way less. And trust me, I've had a lot of tacos in my lifetime. It honestly feels like this place is taking advantage of tourists with these prices.

I don't know how this restroom compares to the other restaraunts in the area, but its two small bathrooms and a sink outside. The evening we dined here it was raining, and while that is normally not significant, Roasted is partially open-air with the middle of the restaurant having no cover, so the rain was pouring in and effectively closed 60% of the place. When we arrived, the hostess and owner were apologetic and offered to rebook us, but we aren't quitters and a little rain does hurt us...but they also had a table near the entrance that was covered, so we decided to take it and enjoy our evening. Best decision ever! We started our evening off with a few cocktails paired with shrimp ceviche, queso fundido with chorizo, guacamole and an assortment of salsas. Once we ate through all this goodness, we tossed in our main courses of short rib, octopus, imperial shrimp and tampequena's. Finally we rounded out our meal with a few desserts consisting of cheesecake, chocolate flan and key lime pie! Everything was cooked to perfection, plated beautifully and absolutely delectable from first to last bite! The tampequena was my order and consisted of flank steak sided with a chile relleno and quesadilla...all of my favorite things as one meal? Sign me up! The desserts were delightful with all of us non-flan people being converted after trying the chocolate flan! Ownership put the desserts and a round of tequila shots on the house due to rain, which is more than they had to do. We were beyond thankful and appreciative. Service was phenomenal as well. Our server, the hostess, owner and food runners were all engaged, friendly and helpful. The space itself is absolutely gorgeous! The lit tree in the middle of the restaurant is a centerpiece and a perfect anchor to the decor and vibe. Overall, Roasted was one of the best dining experiences we have had in a long time, and definitely the best one we had while in Cabo. Do yourself a favor and come here! We definitely know we will be back!
