Honestly, Billygan's was nothing special but I didn't have food from here. I had a few Pacifico beers and that was it. I did enjoy the setup as far as the spaces you can reserve. This is great for people watching IF that's your thing . The highlight has to be that this bar/ restaurant is right on the beach!! It can get very crowded too and the peddlers will try to sell you to death with their merchandise! Beware! Haha There was somewhat of a language barrier but our server did ok. I didn't care for the inside bar crew. They even ignored me a couple times before they eventually took my drink order, which took forever! We came, we saw , we conquered. Overall , we had a nice / relaxing time here.

Picked this place up cuz of the reviews on the Cabo fb group. The food was good. Price was in line with the touristy area. Love my mango and also the passionfruit marg. I went into this place cuz they have their own umbrella and chairs. They told me the day bed usually cost $200 USD but he'd give it to me for $150. I'm like no thanks. The towel was 600 pesos which I skipped too. We moved to their free chairs under the umbrella after we ate. Our server Manny was helpful and moved the umbrella for us and threw in some towels. I gave him some good tips for helping out. Went for a quick swim in the front. Overall, it's a place I'd come back again!

Perfect spot! A little pricey but everything was exactly what we were looking for and food was incredible!!! Right by where water taxis drop you off as well, we got there around 8am and got second choice of a table but it filled up quickly and was very busy by the time we left around 12:30- as long as you continue to eat and drink you can leave your belongings at your table and enjoy the beach and water. Perfection! Papi was amazing!

    Cabana

Amazing food! Would go again for that reason! For the cabana we stayed at it was a $200 minimum but honestly, we got quite a bit shade and great service to hang out all day! Service was great until it got a little busy, but the view and the options were worth it. Not sure if I would pay that again, but definitely worth the experience.

Oh yes. This place is well worth the stop. They're situated right next to the office. The staff was friendly. The manager is trying to get it up and running. It was excellent and you can't beat of you of Cabo in the morning.

Amazing service! Hector is hot! You know those good looking silver foxes that you just want to hunt hunt down. Cesar was cool with his bumble hat, pretty sure he had no idea what he was wearing. Lol But on a serious note the food was absolutely amazing. You've got to try the camarones imperiales or the bacon wrapped shrimp oh sea that's a translation for you non Spanish speaking folks. Get at it peeps and try the dirty monkey! Yum!!!

The food was amazing and the atmosphere is great. You can eat and enjoy the beach just step away.....

We were warmly greeted by Miguel who let us pick our table. The ambiance is welcoming and warm with great views. We started with some beer and the Cadillac Margarita; the Margarita was presented beautifully and strongly poured. We also chose the Flaming cheese to start with as mentioned on the other Yelp reviews. We loved that and highly recommend it; the corn and chorizo were delicious! For our entrees we went with the Mexican Combo and the Surf n Turf. The Mexican Combo came with a Chicken Enchilada, Chile Relleno and Skirt Steak. The surf n turf had lobster tail, bacon-wrapped filet, mashed potatoes and sautéed vegetables. My boyfriend mentioned that he wasn't too fond of how the filet was cooked, but thankfully I enjoyed it while he preferred my skirt steak. We ordered the Flan and Churros for dessert and they didn't disappoint. The Churros came with chocolates caramel and marshmallow dipping sauces. I loved the marshmallow and my boyfriend loved the caramel. We stayed for a few hours and enjoyed some more shots and beverages while watching the sunset. Miguel and his staff were wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at La Catrina. You should definitely make a stop here while in Cabo; the prices are more than reasonable and the service is exceptional!

No roof, string lighting and decor, a tree in the middle of the courtyard. Bar on one side. Covered dining tables on the other. Showed up at the perfect time. In between the lunch and dinner rush. Extremely friendly and attentive staff with expert knowledge of the menu and fabulous suggestions. What we ordered: - Peruvian Ceviche (fresh catch of the day) - Shrimp Chipotle - El Takeshi - Al pastor in fried cheese shell - Bone Marrow taco was hands down thee best! My mouth is watering just recalling the melt in your mouth, buttery deliciousness of the marrow sitting on top. Loved the salsa sampler they brought to the table. The depths of flavor and heat were a fabulous compliment to the food. I've seen mixed reviews about La Lupita. I happen to agree with the most positive recounts. Every single staff member from the host to the waiters to the other servers walking around were extremely friendly and helpful. Overall A+ experience. Drinks and food were delicious. We kicked off our dinner with a complimentary cup of broth which was delicious and very umami. Then we got the crunchy volcano off of the appetizer menu plus a variety of tacos: santo pastor, cheese crust pastor, Nayarit style fish, duck with mole, and beef fillet & bone marrow. Out of everything we tried, the beef fillet & bone marrow was a definite highlight -- the addition of the bone marrow adds so much richness and flavor! Other than that, I did enjoy the crunchy volcano tostada and both of the pastor tacos, plus my husband absolutely LOVED the cheese crust pastor! The biggest miss in my opinion was the duck with mole, as I wasn't a huge fan of the hibiscus compote it comes with... After we had our fill of tacos, we ended our dinner with the flan. It was good but the texture was more akin to that of a cheesecake than a typical flan (more dense). Overall it was nice to try the food here, but I did prefer the tacos at Tacos Gardenias!
