Located inside the Grand Solmar Lands End Resort, this restaurant offers theme night dinners. We joined in on Brazilian night and enjoyed the food and 30 minute show. The food was pretty good except it took a few minutes extra too long. For a family of 4 we expect the food to come a little sooner. I will recommend the whole grilled fish over charcoal! Best flavors.

The pork shank was very good. 5 stars. It takes a bit of time to get it but they do tell you up front. And what a beautiful place to wait seated in a candlelit patio yards away from the raging surf. The waves pounded against the shore jumping at least 20 feet into the air. Just beautiful. A violinist entertained us until 9 pm adding to the atmosphere. Great waiter - Alexis We were there for Italian night dining with friends. The seafood fettuccini was good. I'd give it 3 stars it was a bit bland and the seafood was just okay but the fettuccini was fresh. My friend enjoyed the grilled shrimp and risotto. I did not taste it so won't rate it. Even with the known wait time the service was very slow. We did not complain because it was a gorgeous place to sit and chat and drink our wine they so carefully decanted. They brought us out a complimentary Cesar salad to share. Nice touch.

We came here for dinner and my boyfriend ordered the Alfredo and they had an added +$4 option for chicken of shrimp so my boyfriend asked for both proteins. It tasted like pasta in butter. Then the check came out and they literally charged us THREE twenty-something dollar dishes and when we asked why, they said "that's just how the kitchen works". We asked why no one made this clear to us that we'd be charged one plate for the price of 3 because he ordered an extra three shrimps in his pasta. Aside from asking for a blanket and waiting almost 45 minutes while the people that came after us got their blankets, we were charged almost $60 for just his small plate of chicken and shrimp Alfredo. We expressed our concerns and dissatisfaction to our host and said we would not come back and the host said "okay, thank you". We then talked to the manager and nothing was done.

Don Luis hosted the big Mayweather v Pacquiao event tonight. They had a special drink and snack menu. I wasn't that pleased with my cucumber margarita -- it tasted just like a regular house margarita, the only cucumber flavor was the slice that garnished it. We had a big dinner off site so we did not indulge in snacks. I eventually switched back to my trusty wine. Service was good and glad that they took reservations but the sound quality of the big event was lousy. Overall, very glad we did not have to venture into town to see the main event.

Grilled seafood for two! Wonderful - I highly recommend!

After spending a few days in Cabo and trying to avoid the overpriced tourist traps, we decided to…read moretry Apostolis. It was not loud and crowded like all the other spots. Prices were also much more reasonable. We talked to the person in front of the restaurant because he was actually polite and not pushy like all the other "sales" guys on the Marina. He told us about the different options they have for cooking fresh caught fish. We caught a nice yellow fin tuna the day before and the restaurants offerings sounded pretty good. We gave them our fish, and chose to have them make the tuna 3 ways. They brought out complimentary pistachio bread with olive oil and vinegar as well as pita bread and garlic hummus. Both were pretty good, but nothing amazing. After that, our first tuna course came out. It was a crudo style dish with Parmesan cheese, capers, and a vinaigrette. It was absolutely delicious and i was very surprised that the cheese went with the fresh tuna. I am usually opposed to pairing dairy with my seafood. But this just worked and I could have eaten the entire tuna prepared this way. Then came a grilled preparation of the tuna with a light tomato, zucchini, and olive sauce. It was paired with a Bulgar wheat salad and a beet salad. The beets were just average, but the Bulgar wheat was a perfect pairing with the fish. Lastly, we had a pan cooked tuna with a balsamic onion sauce. We though that the sauce was a bit heavy and over-powered the fish, but it was still delicious nonetheless. It came with a green salad and a garlic mashed potatoes and those were good but nothing amazing. This place did not have the crowds of the tourist traps, but more people should be eating here instead of the Americanized nachos and quesadillas at the other restaurants on the Marina. True, this place is not authentic Mexican either, but its a great change of pace from the other Marina spots.

The Habanero linguine is the thing to get here though! Wow! Our friends also had the lobster risotto. I added some anchovies to the lobster risotto & really set it off. The ravioli they gave each person, before the main meal comes out, is amazing! The signature cocktails were really light. Couldn't taste any alcohol. So consider that, depending on your preference. Great place. Highly recommend.

It was just me and my husband, but there were quite a few larger groups dining while we were here. The service is wonderful. We had two main waiters, both of whom were kind, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. The cocktails and the wine we ordered were wonderful. I really loved the cocktail we ordered! Our dining experience was nice, but the food we ordered was just okay. I wouldn't call it some of the best of Cabo. Of our six dinners in Cabo, I would say it was probably our second to least favorite. But, that's not saying it was bad! It just wasn't on par with the other restaurants we dined at. First, I told the restaurant both when I made the reservation and when two different people at the restaurant inquired about food restrictions that I could not have cheese. The first thing served to us - an amuse bouche - was heavy on the cheese. It was a rather large ravioli, which was much larger than a normal amuse bouche -- and it had cheese inside the ravioli, a cheesy sauce, and cheese grated on top. So I could not eat a bite of it. My husband said it was just okay. The best thing we ordered here was the aguachile. It was beautiful, colorful, artfully presented, and absolutely delicious. So fresh, and well prepared. Loved it! Our main courses, however, were a little disappointing. They tasted fine, but ate more like the kind of main course you would order at a chain Italian restaurant in the US: heavy, chewy, and generic. But my personal saddest moment was when the churros arrived. I love churros, so very much. These looked beautiful, but when my husband and I cut into ours, they were all raw on the inside. So the flavor outside was delicious but we couldn't eat more than the ends of the churros. Overall, I enjoyed the experience of dining at Casa Martin... I just wish the food was better. I am hoping it was just an off night, and I look forward to revisiting this restaurant on a future visit to Cabo and hopefully having a better meal (but the aguachile was seriously so good - order that!).

Ambiance: The restaurant is located right next to the beach nestled with two other restaurants. It was a bit windy, but it was an incredible view for us (see photo). Staff: From the hostess to our server, the wait staff was incredible! Lots of personality & friendliness the whole dining experience! Dining: We ordered: -Maze (baba ghanoush, hummus, jacoque with chipotle & pita bread) ***The Maze was very nice. Three distinct flavors that were all incredible. However, the pita left a lot to be desired. It was too thick...almost like a shortbread. Don't think that you will get an actual pita bread...it was not that at all. Now, it was still edible & paired nicely with the three dips, but it is not pita. -Falafel with Greek Sauce Yoghurt ***The falafel was very nice & paired nicely with the yoghurt! There was a small pile of green salad as well. -Chicken Shwarma with coleslaw salad & potato & garlic dressing ***I do not recommend this dish. The chicken was not seasoned & the coleslaw did not have enough bite. The tortilla it was wrapped in was also just very average. The dressing was not "garlicky" enough either. This is not your traditional Shawarma you would get from "Halal Guys" for example. -Lamb & Beef Kofta with greek yoghurt dressing & curry ***This was incredibly delicious! The Kofta was seasoned to perfection & was cooked perfectly! It had the same yoghurt dressing as the falafel & unfortunately the same green salad on the side. So, I'll take a little bit off of that, but I definitely recommend the Kofta! -Arabic Sweets Trilogy (baklava, bridal fingers, & graibes) ***I really wanted the trilogy, but unfortunately they only had the baklava. This was their interpretation, but it was good! It was crispy & flaky as it should be & they paired it with a nice vanilla bean ice cream. Since they did not have the trilogy, they brought out two plates with two pieces of baklava on each plate to make up for not having the trilogy. Thanks for trying to make it right! Overall, I'd recommend with the caveats above in mind. The location is beautiful...we watched the sunset fall over the boats in the harbor...breathtaking!

The margaritas were perfectly balanced--tasty and refreshing, just what you want in Cabo. For my entrée, I had the braised short rib, which was incredibly tender and full of flavor. My wife ordered the Agnolotti del Plin and really enjoyed it, and she's still talking about the heirloom salad, saying it was probably the freshest salad she's ever had. But to their credit, F&B GM Manuel Herrera personally reached out after my review, invited us back, and completely changed the experience for us. I really respect when a restaurant takes feedback seriously instead of getting defensive, and it says a lot that they genuinely wanted to make things right. Glad we gave it another chance! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and attention to detail were noticeable. Manuel went out of his way to make our dinner feel special, and we appreciated meeting Hector as well. Service throughout the evening was attentive, thoughtful, and warm. And of course, the setting speaks for itself -- the sunset views over the Sea of Cortez are stunning. Highlights: * Focaccia: still amazing * Dairy-free rolls: addictive -- I had four * Bone marrow & yellowfin tuna: excellent balance of truffle without overpowering the dish * Pacific seafood: maybe our favorite course of the night. Beautiful hints of vanilla, and the octopus + scallop were cooked perfectly * Steak tartare: definitely an improvement from our last visit * Agnolotti del plum: somehow even better than last time. Huge win * Josper grill shrimp: insanely good with the mole (a swap from the tzatziki due to my dairy allergy)I practically licked the plate clean * Coconut sponge cake with berry caviar: unique, flavorful, and a great ending to the meal Only miss for us: * Kampachi: the one dish that fell a bit flat. Felt like it needed more acidity and salt
