Meh.. after having an order take a few days longer then any other online retailers and then having my first order screwed up and ship a cigar that was unsmokable due to a huge gouge in the side of it . Looked like someone shot it with a pellet rifle . Amazing the cello didn't break. I asked them to resend it to with amazement they were suddenly out of stock even thou there website didn't agree with that as u could still order it . They offered a similar cheaper by a buck or two cigar. Which didn't please me to say the least considering Tim boasts about his outstanding customer service. And the fact that this was the only stick in the sampler I ordered that I wanted. Anyways after saying yea ship me the cheaper one and if u can throw in some freebies if u can due to u not having a exact replacement .. a sticker or lighter would have of been just fine . But they said after talking with time they were unable to throw in any swag. But they would ship me the original cigar which is fine all I wanted in the first place. Needless to say I'll Continue buying my boxes from online competitors with proven top notch customer service. Who after thousands of dollars spent have never shipped me a cigar in as bad shape as my first small order with cigars daily. But yea he does make some entertaining videos on YouTube . read more

I've been smoking cigars and ordering online for around 15 years. Subsequently, I've had nothing but problems and attitude from all the other big giant warehouse cigar outlets on the east coast. They are all owned by the same company and are consistent with their lack of customer service, unacceptable shipping and packaging methods and overall disappointment. Then, I found Cigars Daily. I like the fact that it's a family owned business by people who care about the business and it's reputation. My first order was processed fast and shipped out USPS priority, which I am thankful for. I live in the Las Vegas area and UPS and Fedex are horrible. Always lose and damage packages. Received my order in a couple days. Very fast. Packaged properly. Sealed with lots of bubble wrap and boveda packs. This may all seem like no big deal if you haven't dealt with other companies, but I'm telling you, the others do not take this much care in their products, prompt service or proper shipping and packing. I'm glad I finally switched over to Cigars Daily. It's the little things that make the difference, in my opinion. Theses things require time and money and I appreciate it. I live in Denver, CO and have never been to the location in Phoenix, but Cigars Daily is my absolute go-to for cigars and accessories. I was introduced to Cigars Daily via their YouTube channel. They regularly post videos that not only review cigars, but give advice and instructions for those new to the cigar world (this was me in early 2020). I learned so much from the videos and wanted to give Cigars Daily my business. Cigars Daily always has really wonderful deals and the shipping is free if you hit the $80 mark. Not only is it free, it is super fast. The packaging is always well-done and they are so kind as to throw in Boveda packs to help preserve the humidity of the cigar order. They also include "bumper stickers" which currently serve as the inside design of my humidor lid. Haha. I have purchased the following online through Cigars Daily and have loved each and every purchase: a ton of cigars (duh); a nice starter desktop humidor; a draw tool that looks like a pen; cutters; a digital hygrometer ($10 and it's incredible); and a torch lighter. Lastly, they have their own brand of cigars called American Viking. I highly recommend the Filthy Viking, which I feel is their most "premium" choice. But I also recommend the Rico Barato, which is their "Cuban sandwich" selection (meaning it's super affordable). I personally love the Rico Barato Connecticut and never feel like I am experiencing an "economy smoke." How cool is that? Anyway, I love this company and cannot recommend them enough. read more

Just like many, I found cigars daily through YouTube. Ive been an enjoyer of cigars just about 8 months. Ive done research about what the best way for me to go about diving further in (tubidor/humidity wisdom and ways to get the most enjoyment) after all of that; Tims reviews, tips and wisdom made the most sense to me. After a bad day at work all I wanted was a good cigar and got it all ready and absolutely little to no draw. In frustration I tossed one of my favorite sticks. So I venture to YouTube of what to do about it and found out sometimes bad draws happen, also finding a video about the cigar caddy draw enhancer tool. I never even thought of that being a "thing". I went to multiple sites and the one from cigars daily seemed the most affordable and most reliable, so I found some cigars as well and made my first order! This is by far the best cigar shop to buy from online. First off you'd be hard pressed to find better prices on singles. Second, they are truly fast with their shipping, they clearly have found a great way to streamline the process. Y'all are truly blessed to have such a great team and awesome store along with that strong online presence. Like most, I found out about cigars daily from Tim's YouTube channel. I am local Arizona and decided to take a drive up to the shop. First off I must say the Selection is excellent the lounge is good for casual smoke. The whole reason I drove all the way up was to try the blue label Cohiba that he did a review on. While I was there I picked up a colibri V Cutter add a really reasonable price. Used it yesterday it worked fine went to use it today and the button got stuck. So it wouldn't close by itself you manually had to push the button up to close it. I called in this morning to ask for Colibrí's number to see if there was any type of warrantyI can't explain what was going on they told me to stop in and that they would replace it. A few other cigar store is local here to the valley I've had issues with lighters you know paint chip and stuff like that they all Referred me to the manufacturer. Tim exchanged it no problems.They are definitely my go to spot now for anything cigar related. read more
