An excellent shop! For anything and everything related to tobacco--whether it's cigars, pipes, or roll-your-owns--this is the place to go. Honestly, I've never in my life encountered such an attitude toward customers! They don't just try to push products on you; they take the time to help you make the right selection and provide detailed information. A good selection. The salesperson explains everything about the assortment perfectly. An excellent shop with a proper humidor room! The cigars are always in perfect condition--never dried out. There is a wide selection of both Cuban and non-Cuban brands, offering everything from classics to interesting new releases. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about the inventory. I definitely recommend it! read more

They have a nice selection of cigars. If you're a collector or want to start collecting they have everything you need.

This place has THE BEST prices in a 100 mi radius (if not more) the staff is friendly and the selection is extensive. It looks like some of these negative reviews are from years ago so I felt obligated to put in my 2 cents. This place is fantastic. You won't find better prices that's a fact. read more

This place is incredible! Prices are great but the customer service goes above and beyond. We were helped by Ryan who did the absolute most to help my wife in a wheelchair be able to use the restroom in the back. Highly recommend coming here! read more

Love the environment here! They are always helpful and knowledgeable. They have a great variety of products for their size. Great local business. read more

This business doesn't answer their phone or it's shut off for some reason? I can't do business with a place that doesn't answer their phones I need to know if they have some thing I want to buy and if they don't answer their phones I'm not driving there just to find out they don't have what I want. Come on people if you have a business let us have access to your information that's how you stay open and for goodness sakes hope you're wearing a mask! read more

The absolute best service and prices. It's my go to store for cartons of cigs, pipes lighter fluid. The manager treats you like a friend and neighbor. i will be a loyal customer and always buy here now that i discovered it, highly recommend. i tried other smoke shops and many were rude, never answered phones or had cartons in bulk but this place is a gem, saves money compared and outstanding service by the manager. read more

I guess its a pretty good shop for the area. Its Santa Cruz so not alot of hippies smoking decent cigars. I walked in and the guy was sizing me up like I was there to hold up the place, nope here to buy a couple sticks during my visit to Santa Cruz. Decent selection and I found a couple that I was happy with. Do not expect any customer service or small talk, its down to business and get out. I will return on my next visit to the area because its centrally located and it has a decent selection. read more

Cigar Palace is a convenient little shop with lots of products. It's the perfect place to buy a cigar whether you want something cheap or classy. They also sell rolling papers for less than 7-Eleven, thank you very much! Management is friendly and the Mission Street location always has room in their big parking lot. read more

This spot is thee perfect spot to go to for your smoking essentials. I was on my way to the beach and needed wraps because the last 2 other stores I went to given me hella dry ass wraps, was boutta lose all hope till I found cigar palace. The guy working there told me certain glass pieces were 50% off, So you know I had to buy one and got myself a fresh pack. I'd say This is going to be my first smoke shop to go to if I ever need anything again read more

Nice smoke shop big selection always new stuff .. my favorite in town.... Friendly staff

Great prices and selection, super friendly staff! 10/10, A+. Broke my pipe last night and they basically saved my weekend, god forbid I have to socialize with family over Christmas only to spend my last day before going back to work sober read more

A quick pick up for a replacement bowl. The selection is sparse unless you want to buy some of their filters too. Another gadget for a setup does not interest me. One of the guys was helpful in explaining the bowl sizes to me (I thought I knew what size I needed but was wrong) though he was mildly rude about it. But anyways, I got what I needed, more or less. read more

Don't come to this place if ur looking for puff bars or puff pluses. Bought one for 20$ and it was burnt. Wouldn't give me a refund or exchange it. The guy working said "not my problem". I've been coming here for a couple years now but not anymore read more

The Cigar Palace is great. The selections of products is expansive, the customer service is great. Heather is a real honey that makes you feel at home there. They answer questions and the prices are right read more

This store is honestly the most straight up store I've ever been too. I came in to buy a vape and they helped me out tremendously. Explained how it worked and gave me great insight on quality batteries and coils, and even free juice with the vape! Truly a good experience I will be coming here for all of my tobacco needs and I will recommend them to all of me friends. read more

This place is a scam ! I'm new to vaping and figured I'd get one here . He charged me 110.00 I went online the same one was 28 dollars and out of production because it had problems with the battery . The next day it quit working . I took it back he said once I walked out it was mine and he gave me no receipt. He said since I am his friend he would give me a small one for 20 more. I did it and it broke 36 hours later . This guy is a rip off . Who sells goods without giving a receipt? Someone not doing honest business . ! I wouldn't buy a truckload of anything if it was a nickel from these scammers read more

The people are nice here I do like them but as of there products I bought some ocb rolling papers and they were fake. They say like bollori or something on them and weird package shouldn't have bought them but thought maybe promotional package but nope fake Chinese products and decent prices. read more

This place has the best selection on the west side of the River. It has a nice, large walk-in humidor and plenty of non-cigar tobacco accessories. Definitely my new favorite shop to buy cigars. read more

Prices are amazing and the owner is a bro. Awesome selection and a nifty and clean store.

They have a fine selection of stuff, but I've been here several times at 9ish when it says they're open...don't be fooled! Usually they roll in around 10:00. read more

I'm a regular customer, I buy cigars often. I bought a lighter last week that only worked for a day. I went back today to return it, and the employee gave me a hard time. Needless to say they lost a customer, I will never shop there again. read more

do not trust this place! this guy over charges people. prices are different depending on who you are. my friend went to get a coil for her vape and he charged her $5.99. then i went and he charges me $6.99!!!! wtf!!! and at his other shop..puff and pass coils are $5 bucks! he rips people off! im so pissed. the excuse he uses is "tax my friend". f*** that. i wish i could rate this place with zero stars. doesn't deserve even one read more

I got something here as a present for a friend and it didn't work. I went back the next day, didn't have a receipt but the owner exchanged it for another item anyway, might even have been a slightly higher priced item. Store operator was really cool about it and so I'm completely satisfied. read more

CHEAP & TERRIBLE QUALITY GLASS AND NAILS!!! Bought a ceramic nail here for 24.99$, talked the dude down from 30.00$. As soon as I heated up the nail it cracked and broke apart when I tried to pull it out of the piece. I hadn't even gt to hit the nail yet and it broke FROM HEAT. A nail broke from heat, the thing that is specifically made to be heated up broke from one dab. I went back to either get a refund or a replacement and the owner refused to help me at all other than offering to sell me another nail (same brand, same terrible quality.) at "a discount" AKA 25$, the same price I paid for the first one. He wouldn't believe that the nail broke from heat and was completely unhelpful. Please, if you want to buy cheap glass check out DHgate.com or go to a real glass shop for good glass. However if you like getting ripped off on glass this is the perfect place for you! TLDR: Bought a nail, broke from heat on first use; the store owner refused to give a refund or a discount and was unhelpful. read more
