I called right after and was told that once it leaves the store, it's the customer's fault--which doesn't make sense for a product that was clearly faulty from the start. When I asked about checking devices in-store, the response I got was dismissive and unhelpful. Customers shouldn't be expected to "test" a brand-new product just to avoid being stuck with something defective. Disappointed in both the product quality and the customer service. I wouldn't recommend buying disposables here.

Specially Nadia. She really came through in a big way for me. I have been researching vaping for the last couple of months and when I came across fatcat vape shop, I was very skeptical and hesitant due to the experiences I've been having at other vape shops, but when talking on the phone with John, I realize that this place cares about their customers and had wide knowledge of my questions and that was very impressive to me anyway awesome place if you're interested in transitioning from smoking to vaping these are the people to see they care they'll answer any questions you have and if they don't know, they will find out. They are very much invested in your health and helping you in the best way they can again folks this is a great place to go. Gave them the general idea of what I was looking for incorporating the Giants as well as a baseball for the body and a baseball bat somewhere as well. After some ordering in of glass and some back and forth texts and conversations I had an awesome custom piece that was the best artistic interpreting of my idea I could have asked for. Baseball for the body with a carb on the side and a bat as the mouthpiece with a custom message on the back and made out of some beefy glass so it was functional as well as pretty. I was more than happy to support this local business because of this, rather than buy my supplies online. I would give 5 stars based on the knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating environment Chris and Chelsea created, but I haven't seen either of them in months. I don't know if the ownership has changed, but now it seems there is a new face behind the counter every time I go in, and some of the new employees have very little knowledge about the products. The stock isn't as well maintained as it used to be, either, with common supplies being sold out. One new employee tried filling up the tank I had just bought, but poured the liquid in the wrong place and spilled a third of it, and didn't offer to replace what was spilled. The store and staff are just not as organized as they used to be. I don't know what happened to Chris and Chelsea (and Chelsea's adorable Papillon), but please come back!! We miss you! (I am leaving 4 stars in case Chris and Chelsea are just on vacation, and/or in hopes that there will be a big improvement soon, because I really do like this place.)

He was speaking about "fucking muslims" and that his "Viking blood makes it hard to see people who look like they aren't even from here hitting women and shit". It wasn't even a passing comment, he continued on this gross rant until I decided to say "Y'know, this isn't the best conversation to be overhearing as I make my purchase". Then he mentioned something to the effect of "That's why I love working here. I can say what I want and they're cool with it". If what he says is true, and Paramount Imports is totally comfortable with their staff going on racist rants on the sales floor, then I am perfectly happy going somewhere else.
