The apartment was well furnished and clean. The photos provided accurately represented the unit. The kitchen was well stocked, and when we noticed there was no can opener, we texted the front office and it was delivered within five minutes. The staff was very friendly ad responsive and easy to work with. We asked them if they would hold our apartment for an extra week so that if OSU beat Michican we could stay for the big 10 championships, and they did! One of the best things about staying here is the company's flexibility and willingness to work with you. The workout facility is state of the art with Peloton bikes, stairmasters, ellipticals and weight equipment. The fitness center was open 24 hours a day, another plus. We would definitely stay here again, great location, safe, walking distance from restaurants, the football stadium and bars.Thanks for a great three months, the only thing that could have made it better is if we beat Michigan! Lots of Buckeye athletes live here, super fun to hang with them.

As a prospective renter, my experience was very poor. That would have been fine. But what really annoyed me was the application process. The management is not familiar with more modern ways to verify employment and income (such as third party service) and insisted on unredacted pay stubs - which is much less secure. The interaction as we went back and forth was rude and reminded me of scammers trying to get one to divulge information urgently (because so many people are interested in the apartment!) at the cost of better judgement. In trying to get more information from me they cited their "policies" but being unable to articulate why their policy insists on having the information I didn't want to share (like my pre-tax deductions) This conversation was not with some mid-level employee but what seemed to be the owner. I should hope he could articulate the reasoning behind his own policy! To me, this company clearly orients themselves to customer service of property owners, not renters. Which fair enough, but it doesn't mean I have to like it. To the reader/renter: Don't let these people bully you!
