We were given Ron's contact information from a mutual friend after receiving numerous quotes to build a pool in our backyard. As soon as we met Ron, we knew he was the contractor for us. He was very detailed and knowledgeable. He made us feel at ease and gave us a realistic timeframe of the pool buildout. We signed our quote and he got to work! His entire crew was extremely professional, organized and clean! They made sure the job site was cleaned up and organized daily! Ron was always available to get on a call with us and would always show up for our inspections! He was always several steps ahead of us and our pool was done in less than 2 months! We cannot thank the CID Crew enough for all their hard work! Definitely recommend CID Builders for all your contractor needs!

The company resurfaced and repaired my mom's pool. Here is her review of the work and the company. "My pool had been empty over a year. It was put in in '58 and I was told that the pipes had to be replaced along with the plaster. I had several quotes and decided to go with Ron because he seemed very straight forward and he would be able to set up a loan for me. I signed the agreement with him and the next day his plaster removal crew arrived. 4 hours later they were finished. The next day another crew arrived to take out all the old flagstone around the pool and they were done within hours. The next day a couple of guys arrived to dig trenches and install new piping which took a couple of days. Then the inspection, putting in new concrete around the pool, and another inspection followed by replastering and filling the pool. The whole process was very easy and efficient. Ron and his onsite supervisor, Hector, explained everything to me so clearly. As I sit out by the pool each night now, I think about my husband, who recently passed away. He loved to swim and would be so grateful to Ron for giving us such a beautiful pool."

Tile and replastering completed, filling up the pool.

Ron came out and gave me an estimate to replace the tile around the pool and jacuzzi, as well as replastering the pool and jacuzzi. Ron provided a very competitive bid for all of the work and we went with CID builders for the job. Ron suggested two tiles stores in the valley to select tiles from which had an abundance of selections for us to choose from. About two weeks later and even dodging a few rain days, the split drains were added, the tile install and replastering was completed on time for the exact amount of Ron's estimate. During the tile and replastering timeframe, my weekly pool maintenance person mentioned the pump and control valves should be changed, and Ron was able to complete all of that work as well within the two weeks the pool was empty. Ron never tried to upsell me or increase his overall job cost without me asking for the additional work. Honest businessmen seem to be rare these days, but I found a good one. Thanks for the great work.

We are very happy with the work done by CID. A huge shout out to our project manager, Ben D. He worked closely with my husband who planned to do the finishing details. This was a big project with lots of moving parts! Two additions to our existing home, new bathroom, laundry room, fireplace, electrical/plumbing, new roof, new AC and Pool/spa with paved patio! I am so happy to be in our forever home!!

    Blown off for months.

I strongly recommend avoiding these people. I hired them to replaster my pool. They did the pool the wrong color and refused to make it right. After they finished the work I discovered a leak in the pool. They tried to convince me that the leak was not their fault. After a long battle I finally got them to dig up and find the leak. They then left the entire area dug up and exposed without finishing the job for the past six months. They keep saying that they are going to take care of it but it has been 6 months and I still have a huge hole in the ground next to my pool. I strongly recommend avoiding these people and finding someone else for whatever work you might need done. They do not stand behind their work.

To say we are happy with experience we had with CID is an understatement. They Redid Our Entire Bathroom. I found them through reviews online as well and I feel the need to pay it forward to someone who is looking for a fantastic contractor. When these guys take care of you, they take care of you like family. This is no slogan or gimmick. We were treated as if our dad was the contractor and everything we needed was put at the top of the priority list. Ron started the process, and let me tell you, this guy LOVES HIS JOB! So much so I think his poor family may never see him. You can tell this stuff excites him and it is infectious. Not only was he there holding our hands through the entire process, I may have texted his cell phone a few too many times late at night on the weekends asking questions as I thought of them, and he answered....every time!! Ask for Ron as a project manager and you will not be disappointed! But just like Ron, every person in this company we dealt with was just as amazing. Ron aims to please. He will literally go out of his way to make the customer happy, not to mention he is a fun, jovial guy to be around, which is hard to find in this type of business. Aaron did the flooring work....REQUEST HIM!! He is an artist and perfectionist. My OCD could not find one mistake in his work in the bathroom. Alex coordinates from the office and she holds down the fort somehow, I do not know how. She is always sweet, attentive, organized and on it. Carlos made the mess of the demolition so much easier. He made sure everything was covered at all times (completely, not just thrown together to look good), and even re covered and re taped after I took things down daily (I am sure he wasn't pleased about that!) All of these people worked around our family as we lived through this madness. They worked around baby nap schedules, barking dogs at their ankles and kids a little too interested in what they were doing. All with patience and kindness (something really important when you are pretty much living with these guys for 6 weeks.) They finished on time (what?) and threw in so many extras I can't even remember them all. I will definitely be using them again.

Ron and his crew are my top choice for contractors. This is a recent roof repair from a tree that fell from the neighbor's yard onto my ADU. Ron had his crew over and replaced the damaged tiles. They also surveyed the entire roof for leaks or other damage. Then they sealed up all of the flashings as a courtesy. I will use them for some plumbing and electrical projects next. Thank you CID!!

I used Ron and CID to build a pool and install decking. Ron was super friendly and gave the best price. Unlike others he was upfront about costs. For example he included concrete coping and heating for the pool where others had it as an additional add on. He was accurate with the timeframe and his workers were great. Ron also has an excellent eye for design. The pool looks amazing and I am so happy I chose them. I highly recommend!

I accepted an $800 discount on a $13,500 job to make up for poor work! Beams aren't level, pavers aren't set properly, sloppy cement ...

He kept the job moving at a surprisingly fast pace and promptly resolved issues as they arose. Pricing was competitive -- we got multiple estimates and Way To Go came in reasonable without cutting corners. You can see it in the finish quality: the stonework is clean, the tile on the curved bench is precise, and the side yard pathway turned out better than we imagined. Our pool cleaner gave high praise on the resurfacing work when he arrived for the first cleaning! Highly recommend for anyone looking to transform their outdoor space -- quality work, fair pricing, and a timeline that'll surprise you.

The remodel included changing the old plaster to mini pebble, installing new tile, adding a new LED pool light, and doing the deco seal around the pool. The finish came out great and it completely refreshed the look of the pool. Once all the materials were ordered and ready, the actual work was completed in about a week, which I was really happy about. Tamir kept everything organized and the crew stayed on schedule. I also appreciated that he was able to accommodate a couple of last-minute additions I requested during the project and made sure everything was taken care of. The crew did solid work and the pool looks great now. I'm happy with how everything turned out and would recommend Way To Go Builders if you're planning a pool remodel.

Our exterior paint had faded significantly over the last 25+ years and looked dull and boring. Inside, the kitchen and bathrooms were well worn from decades of renter abuse when we'd lived out of state, and we'd always worried about the electrical wiring and service capacity of our 1950s-era home. Normally, we ignore solicitors and flyers, but a knock on our door and brief conversation piqued our interests and we agreed to meet with Build Force Remodeling's representative the next day. Honestly, we just wanted to get an idea about how much a new exterior paint job, kitchen and master bathroom remodel might cost and if we could afford it. The following day, we met with Steve Morris and his associate, Benjamin. After showing them our kitchen and bathroom, we discussed several options regarding the scope of work, materials, etc. and finally got a cost estimate. Initially, we balked at the cost due to what we believed were our financial constraints of living on a fixed income. Steve asked about our mortgage and duration of ownership, suggesting that we might be able to refinance our home loan and use our equity to pay for the project with no out-of-pocket expenses. This brightened our outlook, and we then discussed adding a complete electrical rewiring and capacity upgrade. All in all, we determined that the expanded project was "doable", and we signed a contract. Demolition work began immediately and we were impressed with the care they showed handling our furniture and belongings. The exterior painting crew, led by "Francisco", did a fabulous job that included replacing rotted wood, patching broken stucco. We love the new Forest Green color and the "curb appeal" alone is awesome! The interior remodel work was expertly done by "Diego" who's personal attention to craftsmanship, detail, and our customer satisfaction overwhelmed us! "Shay" and his team of electricians made several helpful suggestions to the rewiring work that provided not only greatly improved lighting throughout, but also improved functional access to outlets, identified previously unknown branch circuits, and greatly increased our home's service capacity! My wife and I are thrilled with the end results and wish to recognize and commend the entire Build Force Remodeling team for their help to realize our dreams. Everyone from the project managers, construction craftsmen, office support staff, finance personnel treated us with respect and gave us their personal attention.  Build Force Remodeling has earned our highest recommendation!!

I meet with Isaias to show him my 20 inch vent hood. I bought a small one because I wanted to leave as much space on either side for sconces. I ask what is the smallest that the hood could be built. He responds 24-25 inches. I let him know that my left side cabinet is shorter than the right by 1 1/4 inches and that I want the hood centered with the stove. An inch and a quarter won't be super noticeable. I showed him my inspiration photos. Perfect! His quote: "$1400 it's just for Drywall work, framing, textures make it all ready for primer and painting, not painting included" (direct quote from his text message) He shows up with two guys and they get started. They put up plastic and covered everything very well Isaias leaves the two guys there and they do the work. At the end of the day I am told they will be back the next day. I crawl through the plastic and I am looking at the hood. It looks far larger than I was told it would be and it doesn't look centered. I get out my tape measure. It's not centered. It's off by a 1/2 inch. The left side of the hood is also off from what the measurement should be. There should only be 1 1/4 inch difference between the two open sides. The interior hole for the hood is 19 inches. Meanwhile the hood is 20 1/4. The hoods overall width is 28 11/16. More than 4 inches larger than I was promised. I let Isaias know and he says he will come tomorrow to look at it at 8am. He shows up the next day at just after 7am visibly annoyed. I show him the issues. As far as it not being centered he says "it's only 1/2 inch" As far as the overall size he tells me "it's not possible to make it smaller" That's not what I was originally told. He mentioned something about how he has to use two by fours because the hood is 20 pounds. Anything less than that would void his build warranty. Fine. I asked "can you turn the two by fours on their side? To cut down the 4 inches from the width?" He then mentioned something about having to physically cut them down, which I didn't understand and again said the warranty would be voided. I told him I did not want the warranty voided. I just wanted a thinner perimeter around the vent hood. He was finally able to figure it out by doing what I originally suggested
