Words can't explain the appreciation that I have, and the LOVE that I have for this company. My wife and I got estimates from almost 5 different contractors to remodel our fireplace and it was obvious that the companies sent "salesmen" to talk about what was going to happen, as opposed to the actual Contractor showing up. "On" (the owner), came to our home and was with us every step of the way. Him, and Juan, did an absolute wonderful job walking us step-by-step on what was going to happen, their contract and insurance, exactly what to buy, etc. My wife is currently 8 months pregnant, so their level of patience was incredible! She felt at ease and really trusted them, and they delivered. ON, if you're reading this...thank you again so much. I will refer ANY & EVERYBODY to you guys for any masonry, or home remodeling. My word! read more

Oceanside Builders rebuilt our master bedroom and bathroom after we had a leak. Because they did such a great job, we asked them to help us with some other updates to the house including replacing the siding and repainting some of our interiors. They were professional and willing to go out of their way for exceptional customer service. The team worked quickly, was very respectful, cleaned up after themselves, and did great work. We will definitely reach out to them for all our house remodeling needs in the future. read more

This bathroom renovation was my first major remodel experience and Joe made everything easy and simple. He was very reliable, showing up on time, scheduling his crew members, and he was open to any/all questions we had along the way. Everything promised during his initial walkthrough he stuck to, including his labor cost. He was extremely considerate during the COVID-19 pandemic made sure his crew wore masks during their work, and never had more than a few people in the house at one time. Joe never pressured us to make decisions we would be uncomfortable with. His main goal was for us to be completely happy before, during, and after construction. I am very comfortable recommending Joe/Oceanside Builders to anyone looking to have work done to their home. Looking forward to our next project! read more

We had a lot of damage from the hurricane and we got a lot of quotes to fix our house. Yosif came in with the best bid and also the quickest timeline to get us back in the house. The work was very professional and he fixed any problems we had quickly. A real life saver for us. Thank you Yosif! read more

We had such a pleasant experience with Oceanside Builders! After our small wall oven went out we really only had one option when looking for a new one, which was to remodel the entire kitchen due to size constraints. Joe scheduled a fast consultation and provided a timely quote. He showed up to the job site everyday. His crew was always on schedule and always had things to do, there was never any down time. He was easy to get in touch with and really understood our needs. His tile installers are very detail-oriented, fast, and did a fabulous job laying over 900sf of wood tile and leveled each piece. His countertop fabricator was top-notch and noticed we were given flawed slabs before he cut them and got them quickly exchanged out. We had a pretty easy renovation and it only took about 5-6 weeks! Joe was always making sure we were happy with different things and it was never a problem to change anything, he truly wanted us to love his work! Would 10/10 recommend him over and over again. We'll see him for any future projects! read more

Reliable, responsive, and ON-TIME. We hired Oceanside to re-do our entire bathroom. We interviewed and received quotes from 5 other contractors, but we felt Oceanside was the most genuine. We were on a budget and on a strict timeline, but On and his team got the job done per our schedule. They were responsive to my questions and concerns - every phone call was picked up - and they were communicative to me about what they needed in order to get the job done in time. I'm so happy with how everything turned out! read more

We had a leak at our house and had our flooring damaged as well as a giant hole in the wall. It was a nightmare. We had to find a contractor to help us repair the leak and had multiple bids. We ended up going with Joe and Oceanside Builders because of his easy up front demeanor. We had several bids and Oceanside was not the lowest, but Joe reassured us quality. He was able to work with our insurance company as well. After looking at his portfolio of projects we decided to give him a shot. True to his word, his team was extremely thorough and precise. We had chosen to upgrade our flooring. Joe had given us recommendations of tile vendors who gave us a good quality wood looking porcelain tile. He gave us recommendations and was very upfront about the whole process. He was true to his timeline and the whole process went very smoothly. He put up with a little bit of our indecision and was comforting with the whole process. I am most likely going to be bringing him on for a big project for future renovations. The wall paint was matched perfectly where the hole in the wall was as well as the texture. During the whole process we had him update our half bath as well. Anything we wanted done, joes response was pretty much I know a guy. His vendors spoke highly of hiim as well and also had a very honest approach. Can't speak highly enough of Joe and Oceanside Builders! read more

-Easy to work with -No pressure -Very patient -Great price Our experience was great from the start! From when On first came in to give us the estimate, to the end when the full kitchen was done. On was easy to work with, very patient and have great insights on design. His suggestion was better than I could have imagined. We had about 5 other companies quote us and On had the best price! We did end up choosing a more expensive design which was a bit more expensive but totally worth it! On was such a nice guy, no pressure at all, very gentle and nice demeanor. Not the typical aggressive high-pressure contractor. read more

We purchased a home on the coast in need of siding repair. After months of being unsure how to proceed I asked Joe for a quote as his AAA Roofing team solved a roofing problem for me. I just felt comfortable with Joe as he was well prepared, knowledgeable and impressed me as a man who makes things happen and follows through. They exceeded my expectations as Joe and his team did tremendous work. Scaffolding near the ocean with tide being a real challenge was handled without fanfare. They are professional as they show up on time, work safely and productively, clean up after themselves and are respectful of the neighbors. Top tier contractor for sure. The home is now sealed and I have piece of mind that the home is now strong and care free. And it looks great! These are trustworthy people who care about quality and their customer. read more

We had never done a garage conversion previously and Oceanside Builders was a dream to work with. We've heard many horror stories and none of it came true while working with Yosef. We canvassed around for a good contractor and we can say his prices may be a bit more expensive than some, but there's a good reason. Oceanside was prompt, did the job on time and gave accurate estimates. Even leaving the country abroad we got updates. We were so impressed with his team and their efficiency that we hired them to do a second project, a kitchen renovation, which also went through without a hitch, even with them working with another contractor for a piece of the project. read more

The renovation in my house was just completed by Oceanside Builders. When I started this journey to renovate my 1500 sq. Ft. Home, I thought it was going to be very difficult! I contacted several contractors and either didn't get a response or their estimates were through the roof. When I contacted Oceanside Builders, I was greeted with professionalism. I was given details over the phone about what the project would be like and what the best options were. I was going to remodel the kitchen, two bathrooms and the front yard. The project took about 2 months. Their communication was on point. They were easy to contact and made me feel comfortable asking questions. They made sure I was satisfied. Everything looks great. I give them 5 stars because of how wonderful they were. read more

We are very glad that we hired Oceanside builders to remodel our kitchen. It was outdated and old and we had been putting this renovation off for years now. We came into contact with someone who works here and they were so nice and professional. We asked for a quote and felt that they were very fair with their prices. We gave them a layout and showed them exactly what we wanted. They tweaked a few things for the better. The remodeling took about a few weeks. you won't believe your eyes if you see the before and after. It completely changed our home and we are very happy! Great work guys! read more

My husband and I bought our first home last January. Oceanside Builders is an amazing company to work with. When we were starting our 2.5 bath and kitchen reno, we met with several contractors. On from Oceanside was by far the most detailed-oriented, patient, polite, and helpful of them all. On top of that, he gave me a fair quote compared to the other companies. I had a good feeling about him and we moved forward with Oceanside. I've heard many other horror stories with friends who have gone through renovations, but that has never happened throughout our 3 month project. They are responsible, reliable, and really make sure that their customers are 100% satisfied with every detail of their renovation. I got to design my dream home and they made my vision beautifully come to life. Not only was On and Joe great to work with, their workers were also wonderful. We've previously worked with other companies to re-do our flooring and painting, and the people they sent had no respect for us while we lived through the work, blasting music and cursing loudly. Oceanside Builders' employees were extremely professional, considerate and pleasant. I would highly recommend Oceanside Builders to anyone looking for any home improvement projects! read more

We were in need of repairs from some major water damage in our home. New dry wall, baseboards, paint and other areas for repair and replacement. We had an entire bathroom that was gutted and needed to be re-done. We also put in new crown molding. Yosef from Oceanside came through for us. His price was very fair with good quality of work and done in a timely manner. He is very helpful throughout the process and is there every day to make sure you are happy with the work being done. We will be using him for our next project of re-doing our back deck. read more

One of my clients in Woodland Hills needed a roof replacement, a patio cover and a pool remodeling, they asked me to refer a contractor. It was a high end property and it was essential to complete the remodeling fast but with quality to match the house. We had 14 days to complete it before we list the house for sale. I referred Joe, I am glad I did. He is a real pro, from planning to the actual work. His attention to detail is phenomenal. He completed the remodeling just in time for me to send my photographer. We ended up selling the house within 5 days of the open house. Thank you read more

We just wrapped a 10-week full front exterior renno (2 weeks ahead of schedule!). We learned of Oceanside Builders through a FB inquiry on our local community page asking for recommendations for a great contractor. Three different users recommended Oceanside and now, we're adding our own recommendation. Our home has all the curb appeal we wanted and more! People literally slow down to look at our house; some have even stopped to ask us about the project and who did it. Yosef and On were always present throughout the project; attentive to our needs/requests; communicative; had an incredibly professional and friendly team of workers; and, even advocated for us to get a specific product we wanted with a third-party vendor. Thank you, Oceanside! Our house is a show-stopper! read more

Joe of Oceanside Builders was recommended by an unlicensed handyman. I was skeptical but willing to listen as Joe made his pitch. Having had some experience with other contractors I was impressed with what he offered and the promise to ensure that I was happy. Joe's team of workers, including general labor, plumbers, tile masons and painters were some of the best I have worked with. It was assumed that because of my background I would keep a critical eye on their work but my opinions were rarely needed as his workers did a complete remodel on our master bath, an upgrade on our guest bath and later, a complete removal and installation of a patio slider. His people were professional, responsible, clean and efficient. We receive compliments on the finished product and are proud to have used Joe and his team on our job. Would I use and recommend Oceanside Builders? Absolutely. Good job, Joe! read more

I hired Oceanside Builders to replace a roof after seeing the work they completed on a neighbor's house. I've had a range of specialist and general contractors do work for me on two separate homes in the Los Angeles area. Oceanside Builders is by far one of the most professional, proactive, and well organized contractors I have worked with. They answered every question, didn't attempt to sell me things I didn't need, and the price was reasonable. Work was of very high quality, built to code, finished quickly, and properly permitted. I wish I had found this company years ago--it would have saved me some major headaches. Highly recommended! read more
