They have a large parking lot with numbered spots, so you don't forget where you parked. The decor is casual and unassuming. It is a large place, though. It can seat 220 guests and has both booths and tables. I dined here for brunch, but you order from the all-day menu. I read to go early to avoid a wait. Service was friendly, but the goal seemed to be to turn the tables quickly, so many customers left with to-go boxes. Well, I was on the road, so I couldn't go, so they had to wait for me to finish. I ordered the flounder with a baked potato, and it came with hush puppies. The food was really good, and I would have ordered dessert too, but I wasn't asked or even finished with my meal when the bill was dropped off. I liked my food, and the prices were reasonable. I don't like feeling rushed, though and like to enjoy my meal. Payment is taken at the front register. I paid cash because I wasn't sure whether they took credit cards, since that register was closed. By the time I got through the line and got change for the tip, people were already seated at my table. So I had to find my waitress to leave my tip. I might return again when it is less busy.

The baked potato was cooked perfectly as well as the fries. The hush puppies here are some of the best I've had in NC, crispy and delicious! We arrived shortly after opening on Sunday and it didn't take long for the restaurant to fill up yet our service never suffered. We will definitely be back the next time we're in town.

The brussels come with pineapple thai chili sauce, but we liked the brussels without it and opted to use the delicious sauce as a dip for our french fries. The burger was tasty, but nothing out of this world. It was cooked perfectly and I liked the Napkins famous sauce on it. The only thing was that the burger kept slipping out of the bun and it was very messy to eat as we kept putting the burger back together. The shawarma with chicken thigh was delicious. I would pair this with the brussels next time and you'd have a winning combination. The fries were good too, but the brussels are the winning side choice. Glad we stopped by on our road trip for a satisfying and filling lunch. It's worth the stop and everything tastes fresh and is well worth the price. When you enter, the menu is on the wall and then you order and pay. I went with the white pizza as I couldn't find where the available toppings were listed. The pizza is available as 7 inch, 10 inch or 14 inch. Besides pizza, you can get salads or pastas. I got the upgrade and got a side salad and drink added to my pizza price. The side salads are already made in the case and the fountain beverages are self serve. There are more options in the cooler and craft beers are available at the bar. The pizza is thin and very good. I liked that it was cooked in a brick oven and came out fairly quickly. I did see the gelato when paying so I got the raspberry and strawberry sorbet after finishing my dinner. The wings came out later but unfortunately were not fried as the description stated. They were rather fatty and wiggly. I sent them back and it appears they were placed in the brick oven. After receiving them back and it did not help I had to request a refund. The manager was not willing to refund as she stated she can not refund because I did not like them. I then had to point out the description posted and then she did the refund. If going for pizza only I would recommend. But the manager also would be better with a little customer service and friendly attitude.
