We have gone to this CICI's for the last time, I don't see how they stay open. Everything about the experience was absolutely terrible. The lady checking us in charged us for drinks that we did not want and then said she did not know how to refund our money. We finally got in touch with the manager who was off and they agreed to give us cash back. The lady that helped us walked over and sat it on the table, when we thanked her she walked off. The pizza was slow to come out and just plain poorly made. Not sure if they have lowered their standards but the pizza tastes like it. The salad bar was empty of salad and the dressings looked like someone mixed them all together, just gross Do yourself a favor. Order from somewhere else and sit in your car to eat, it would be better than this place. Big thumbs down for poor service and food. read more

Super dirty on the inside. Never have the flavor of pizza on the bar that you want. Over priced, and adults need to ask for the large cups. It's known that pepperoni, Canadian bacon, hamburger, and sausage are the most popular pizzas. And meat lovers. So what's up with all the garbage pizza just taking up space. I will generally scoop up all I can of the popular pizza because if you don't you will wait forever for another one to come out. They used to bring a pizza of your choice to your table, but know they bring a miniature pizza instead. WTH? read more

Very high price. Also Buffett price does not include a drink, drink costs extra. Over 25$ for 2 people, I've never paid that much for cicis. We get to the food, it's hard and stale, even "freshly cooked". The card reader had the audacity to ask for a tip. A tip for what exactly? Half your staff was with their kids eating with baby shark blaring the whole time we ate. The brownies crumbled to almost nothing when you picked them up. Staff attitude was crap. Don't go if you go there to eat and drink. Despite baby shark blaring it's not even a good place to take your kids it's got games but the prizes aren't that great. They've even went up on their gumball machines. I used to love cicis pizza but it has became the worst restaurant in Lufkin. read more

Overall great place, the food was good, service was fast, and the environment was quiet but overall good! They were slow when we went. The only complaint is that there were a lot of tables and some of the ground that was not clean; although they were in the midst of getting things cleaned, even windows. I would come back! :) read more

My school went there for a field trip and it was fun but it wasn't.Me and my friend waited forever to get a card to play in the arcade and when we finally got a card we had to leave. The workers said "we ran out of cards". Me and my friend were so p!ssed. The bathrooms stunk so bad.The food was good. The only thing my friend got was orange gum and she said "it tastes like barf". The other thing she got was a bouncy ball. Lowest quality pizza available. It's perfect if you want to fill up on bread and flavored mystery sauces.

Came in a quick bite before watching a movie. Didn't make it a foot in the door before the smell hit me like musty feet and sour trash. Between that and birthday couple having it in front of everyone at the register about custody of the child who I assume was the birthday boy I decided to eat elsewhere. read more

This is going to be a mixed review as the 4 stars is for the one staff worker on shift by herself. Not even a manager. Broad daylight and she's is absolutely by herself. Terrible manager in charge here. The one by herself needs to be the manager. read more

This is the worst cici's I've ever been at. No veggie options on buffet & making a personal pizza was 20 m in nutes. The game for the kids also sucked! read more

I ordered the Mac and cheese pizza and a 3 meat pizza to go. This is the 3rd time I've tried to order it, each time with some reason I can't pick it up and have to change it to something else (no sauce, no noodles) when we went to pick up the order the staff was rude, laughed in our faces about the pizza (I paid on the site so it was already paid for) cussed at my fiance, threatened to call the cops on him Becuase he was upset at the way they were talking to him And being super disrespectful To him. They made him wait outside while they made a different pizza since the one I want is never available apparently. Theres no reason ANYONE should be talked to or treated that way unless they are threatening violence. As a manager of a food establishment myself, I'm APPALLED at the behavior of these workers. my 5 year old behaves better than these grown adults did. I will be speaking to corporate about this as well. CUSTOMERS BEWARE read more

No this food sucks so my mother in law took her kids and me to cicis and the barbcue pizza with hamburger and she took a bite and the top of the pizza where the toppings are and it just feel off like skin and the pizza was very thin and the cinmion rolls where only bread sticks with cinnamon and icein on it Like danm and my stomach hurts I gotta throw up so bad read more

First, and last time to this location. We were only passing through headed back home, and stopped in for lunch. The restaurant was NOT at all crowded, but the buffet was empty most of the time we dined in. So as far as moneys worth deffinately not worth it. The bathrooms were deffinately not well kept and to top it off there was NO TOILET PAPER to use the bathroom with. This was kind of embarrassing. Either way Lufkin has MANY other places to choose from. I would highly suggest going somewhere else before dining here. read more

Ive been there a couple of times and each time I observed the service and how the workers worked and each time me and my wife both was very unsatisfied with the way they got the pizza out and the cleaning* the tables was dirty and no hair nets was on none of the handlers head* rarely saw them wash their hands between the time of going back and forward outside to smoke in the front of the store sorry but not sorry because before these experiences we liked going to pizza restaurants and sitting and eating but we will never go back to Lufkin cicis pizza ever* read more

The food is fine, however, I will not be returning anytime soon. As my wife and our friends were sitting down to eat, a roach crawled across our table. When we told the manager, he did refund us, but tried to blame it on the property manager not sending pest control out, as if any good property owner or manager would not send a bug guy out to keep a tenant happy. read more

Pizza was hard had to ask to make fresh ones. Wanted the cinnamon rolls but those was harder than a rock and was dry. Employees walking around on phones and slinging there hair everywhere. Will not go there again! read more

Worst Cici's I've ever experienced and I love this franchise. Service was awful. No pizzas at all. Slow at getting them out there. Selection was dreadful. Table after table was filthy in a place that was 2/3 empty. Salad bar was pitiful. Hardly anyone spoke English well enough to understand us. Flippant attitude from manager. They just did not care! Just overall poor management and a disgrace to the franchise and name. We will NEVER eat here again and will tell anyone and everyone I know to avoid this place like the plague! You'll regret spending money at this establishment! Such a shame because Cici's is such a great place to go eat pizza. SMH. read more

Figured we would try it one last time. But again very disappointed! I'll start by saying when we paid the young man at the desk inform the cashier that the 2 young ladies behind us could come in free! Just curious why if they get in free everyone doesn't? So on with the food! This place wasn't busy at all when we arrived there was barely any pizza left and what was there was all cold! We decided to get a personalized pizza since there wasn't anything available! After about 45 minutes waiting we still hadn't received our pizza at this point our kids are just wanted what ever, they FINALLY put pizza out but by the time we got our turn in line it was gone because like a stated previously there was nothing there when we got here! We will definitely not be back! Very disappointed!!!!! read more

Found a hair in my food. The manager said "Sorry" with an attitude. The chicken tasted metallic.

This location has continuously disappointed me they are always missing something. No jalapeños one time, No soup another, No cheese, No red pepper no forks, no cups, No Dr Pepper, No napkins. If its not one thing its another. read more

I'm disappointed that the restaurant would allow a kids birthday party. The large group chose to take over the center of the restaurant.

I've been to much nicer locations in bigger cities. This location; pizza lacks in variety, the floors and tables look as though they've never been cleaned, the bathroom is far from sanitary... This list just goes on and on. I can't tell if it's the management, lazy employees or maybe lack of employees. When going to a restaurant you're going for not only the food but the atmosphere as well... The people that go into this establishment let their kids run wild, they push through you as if the food is going to run out; one woman almost trampled my 5 year old trying to pile as much food as she could on her plate... Overall it's lacking on variety, atmosphere and of course cleanliness. I guess the upside to our visit would be that my daughter did enjoy herself. This is definitely a place I won't be going again. read more

We had just gotten into town and set up our RV at the KOA. The hubby loves this chain so we wanted to have a quick lunch. The service was friendly but the pizza selection on the buffet was very limited. And the toppings on those left a lot to be desired. Barely any meat or cheese on any of them, leaving them practically tasteless. The salad dressings were ranch, ranch, ranch, ranch, blue cheese, and one other one...I cannot remember because I am having ranch flashbacks...when we were done, I was so disappointed with our lunch experience that I still wanted something with flavor...we had Outback Steakhouse for our evening meal. I was in heaven... read more

I've never quite been able to figure it out. I guess it's the price that draws everyone here. The pizza is okay. I think it's just the fact that you can feed so many people for such a low price that draws everyone there. Plus, what kid doesn't like pizza? They always have fresh pizza up, which is good, because during lunch and dinner, it goes quickly. I think my favorite thing here has always been the dessert. They have these chocolate covered breadstick looking things that are yummy! Planning on having my son's 3rd birthday party here next month :) read more

Last resort for pizza. Very noisy & messy. It seems some of the staff haven't mastered the English language.

The pizzas and dessert were fantastic and service was friendly and great. The salad bar was not fresh, the restaurant was horribly dirty and the womens bathroom was disgusting- soiled toilet paper in trash can and on floors, toilets un-flushed. If you favor Spanish music you're in luck, it was the only music playing from the kitchen. read more

I just want to say with it being Cici's I wasn't expecting much and our previous experiences weren't good either, but I was like, "What the heck! We can give it another try." However, the pizza was gross and not fresh at all and the buffet options were slim. The restaurant was extremely dirty and the manager is always sitting at the computer....Should have went to Little Caesars! Way better pizza! read more

The pizza is good but rather limited in variety; mostly pepperoni sometimes sausage would be added. Of course you can ask and they will make you a special pizza of your choice. The salad bar is fresh and has good options available. The pasta bar is minimal but the sauces do have an italian flavor. I like the desert section added to complete the meal choices. Very reasonable for the price you paid and options of food selections. read more

My experience was terrible. Ordered a personal pizza and the pizza was put onto the buffet when asking to get one made they said they couldn't do that. 6/18/15....Never again!!!! Salad was the only thing good to eat. All the Pizza's were not up to Cici's standards. There are employees children that are there, making such a mess of the place. One small child was playing with the ice machine and ice cubes going on the floor. There was 3 children of an employee that kept going and getting ranch dressing and drinking it and then dumping it on the tables!!! Other employees laughing at it. The bathrooms are just sick!!!! These 3 children also made fun of 2 black children that went to play games. The manager was there all this time it was going on. You should be shut down...you make a bad name for CiCi's. read more

The pizza is usually fresh and tasty. However, the restaurant was absolutely disgusting. Food on the walls, the floor felt like it had been mopped with grease. I was literally sliding on the floor. The salad bar was warm and it looked like the salad dressing dispensers hadn't been cleaned since Idk when. There were filthy tables everywhere and the ac felt like it was out. It had to be at least 85 degrees in there. A worker had her children in there while she was on the clock and they were running as well as eating as much pizza as they pleased. I used to go there often years ago, but I doubt I will go back. It was a joke...I definitely prefer Little Caesar's!! read more

ABSOULUTLEY DISGUSTING!!!! My boyfriend and I are from Colorado and here for school. We had high expectations for the restaurant and were completely disappointed. There was pizza sauce all over the walls at the booth we were sitting in. The service was awful. And they do not have forks and would not bring out any for our salads. It also smells like ass. I have worked in restaurants my entire high school and college career and have never seen so many employees NOT take pride in there work. We paid $18 dollars for two Buffett and will not ever return or recommend. I called the owner and did not even apologize for our experience. Completely disgusted. read more
