I am extremely concerned about an incident that occurred on the night of April 11, 2026. An…read moreemployee suffered a serious fall that appeared to result in a dislocated knee, requiring emergency medical assistance. She was in obvious and severe pain as paramedics responded. During this time, the manager on duty repeatedly attempted to pressure the injured employee into signing a form, even going so far as to present it to her while she was in distress and later while she was on the gurney. Despite paramedics instructing the manager to stop, these attempts continued. This behavior was highly inappropriate, lacked compassion, and raised serious ethical concerns. The manager's actions demonstrated a troubling disregard for the well-being of the employee during a medical emergency. No individual in such a condition should be asked to complete paperwork under pressure. If a member of my own family were treated in this manner, I would seriously consider escalating the matter to the appropriate regulatory agencies and seeking legal counsel. I urge your organization to review this incident thoroughly and take appropriate action to ensure that employees are treated with care, dignity, and respect--especially in emergency situations.

There were dried refried beans on the menu. While I was waiting on my food, they brought me chips and salsa. The salsa is pretty good and on the spicy side. Not too hot though. When my food arrived, I immediately noticed the portion size. It was definitely on the small side. I was glad I ordered three tacos. The tortillas were fresh but very small. The meat was what I would consider diced. It was not your typical strips of fajita meat. Of the three, I liked the cactus the best. Three tacos and a bottled water for less than $8. At least the cost/portion ratio was balanced. Bottom line- Affordable authentic Tex-Mex restaurant, decent taste but small portions. Could pay better attention to wiping down the tables. It was excellent but the spiciest I have ever gotten. My girlfriend agreed. E collect but too hot for her. They included 2 green and two red spicy salsas and fresh cut limes. I included two photos of the current menus at the entrance. I paid my standard takeout tip of 10%, but noticed they now have the common recommended tops on the receipt starting at 18%.
